Maternity and Wellness on Victoria

I see Dr. kristmanson at this clinic and couldn’t be happier. They are always on time, always know who I am when I come in, the office is clean and beautiful, and the doctors, receptionists, and nurses are friendly and make me feel welcome. I feel like I can talk about anything and don’t feel rushed to end my appointment. Dr. Kristmanson is knowledgable and I trust her completely during my pregnancy with me and my baby. I highly recommend this clinic!

I am seeing dr. Ferguson at the moment for the first time and am amazed at how thorough she is. I needed 2 biopsies on my uterus and she opted to do another papp test. While she was doing that she noticed a polyp on my cervix and removed that as well. She is also doing another ultrasound to check things again. She was awesome at explaining everything every step of the way. Just love her.

I met Dr Ferguson at the Early Pregnancy assessment clinic at RGH, and she was so lovely to deal with that we asked if she could be our gyno for our first. She is super kind, compassionate, patient, and has a calming presence about her. The office is clean, new, and the people at the reception are lovely to deal with as well. After we delivered, Dr Kot (who is also at the same office) came by to see how we were doing. I highly recommend coming here.

I’ve been dealing with dr. Kot now for a few years since leaving my fertility clinic, everything from a ovarian cyst Surgically removed, and two pregnancies. She’s been a delight, the staff are always so friendly and the place is so clean. I never wait very long for my appt and she really listens to me and explains things in a way I understand. Also love Susan funk for pelvic floor physio ! Hands down the best place

Based on my history I was looking for a good clinic and a good doctor too. Last year I had a stillbirth at 37 weeks and it was really hard for me. One of my friends recommended me Dr. Erin Kot..She went above and beyond and took more than extra, extra,extra, care for me and my rainbow baby.She scheduled a lot of appointments, ultrasounds, NST.I was really stressed out for this pregancy but she made me feel comfortable.She is an amazing doctor and tried to do the best for both of us!Two ladies at the front desk are amazing too, they explain you in details every proces that you have to follow up.I cant thank enough this clinic and specially Dr.Kot!!!

Thank you Dr. Dorian Kristmans on arranging immediate date for C-section and delivering our first baby Arham Tanweer Ehan. We will always feel grateful for all the care she has provided leading up to the delivery. My wife has recovered well and appreciates all the advice and tips she has offered during her pregnancy. We are so glad everything went so well.We hope to see her again when my wife become pregnant again.

Reception is rude. If you use this clinic I hope you get actual help. New large lump on my cervix and I’m told to wait 4 weeks to see someone. If your not a gynaecologist for the health of all women state that! Thx.

I recommend anyone needing to see an OBGYN to try and connect with Dr. Kot (and/or this clinic). Not only is Dr. Kot herself AMAZING, but the clinic is also absolutely beautiful and clean, and the entire staff are kind, patient, and show empathy/compassion. I am a very nervous/anxious person who needed to see Dr. Kot due to a stressful situation, and I was treated with top notch care and it honestly helped me cope and helped me to trust that my feelings and emotions were justified.

I was referred to this clinic a few years ago and the doctor seemed nice (it was just a consult). I'm not sure if a lot has changed since then or if I just had beginner luck because I recently requested a referral from my current doctor and when I called Maternity and Wellness to ensure that they had my proper contact information I did not hear back. They were given two phone numbers and and email address. Today I received a very hostile phone call from the Wynyard clinic informing me that Maternity and Wellness had 1) not been able to reach me 2) not received my voice mails and 3) had booked me multiple appointments to which I had not shown up to - (so... apparently I was supposed to read their minds and go to appointments they knew they had not informed me of?) And to top it all off 4) I'm being ordered to call them again by end of week! There's so many things wrong here I don't know where to begin. First of all, either the information they gave Wynyard was completely incorrect or they are incapable of using basic forms of communication or my file was mixed up with another patient - whatever the reason is I don't really care because at this point I have no faith in this clinic to be able to do the simplest of tasks so the last thing I am going to risk doing is to entrust them with my body, test results, medical records or any other sensitive information. In fact, I would have already informed them of my request to remove me from their system.... But their voicemail doesn't work and I'm not interested in any more arguments with people who are incapable of basic professionalism, so I guess it will be snail Mail and hope that they have better luck with a letter opener than they do with the telephone.

Highly recommend this clinic. Exceeded my expectations. The center is extremely nice and clean. Every staff member was unbelievably nice and helpful! Dr. Kot is amazing as well! Looking forward to future appointments.
