Sina came to my house within an hour of my call and had my AC unit fixed in 15-20 minutes! He could have sold us on a new unit or a new motor, but he was able to catch the problem was the capacitor - a MUCH more affordable fix! We are so grateful to Sina for his fast and friendly service. He will be my first call going forward for heating and cooling.

I had an issue with my furnace not heating. Sina was extremely responsive, professional and courteous. He came by and fixed the problem in a very timely manner and was very thorough in explaining the problem and fix to me. Sina was very responsive about supplying and installing a new furnace. Very professional, clean workmanship. Complete install took about 4 hours. Furnace was exactly as described. I got a better furnace than I anticipated for a price lower than other HVAC suppliers.

I called Local Heating and Cooling as a result of the failure of my A/C and specifically because of the reviews I read on Google. Sina was able to come out within two hours to diagnose the problem. He communicated clearly and professionally with me regarding my options. At my convenience we then arranged for a new A/C unit to be installed. While at my home Sina was mindful, left the work area very clean and completed the install with a high degree of competence. I would highly recommend this business and will be a repeat customer!

Sina is always on time, super friendly and very professional from start to finish. He took the time to diagnose the issue with our furnace. He also recommended a few things I could do to extend the life of our furnace and AC which we promptly implemented. He helped us with furnace in our rental house as well and sourced parts on the same day. He has consistently responded to my calls and enquiries, and always provided excellent service. I highly recommend contacting local heating and cooling if you are looking for new installation or need fast, reliable and stress free maintenance and repair.
