All Maid Cleaning Services

We have been a customer of All Maid Cleaning Services for several years. They do an amazing job on our home. Always thorough; and always courteous. We look forward to our clean every week. Highly recommended.

Where to beginThey arrived late. They had a negative attitude during conversation and it made us uneasy.They did a terrible job on our house. They missed an entire floor in a living room and when they left we could sweep up a pile of dirt and see that it was not mopped. They did not move items to sweep under it (table, hall table). They did not lift up floor mats when mopping. The bathroom floors were still dirty, front of cupboards filthy, kitchen, did not clean mirrors or windows. I could go on.However, when we complained we were not believed ( even though we documented with a camera) and there was no apology or acceptance of our complaint. After talking to some people I found out we were the third family this has happened too. Poor customer service and dishonesty is the first reason why we would not suggest them.

All maid cleaning services is the best! My house always smells so nice and is so clean every time they come. I would recommend them for sure!!

I have been relying on All Maid Cleaning for about the last 6 months for monthy general house cleaning and plan to continue with their services regularly moving forward.Allysa is very friendly, responsive and accommodating when scheduling. She reaches out about a week ahead of anticipated cleaning to confirm a date and time that works for me. I very much appreciate that she takes that iniative as it take a to-do off my list!The team arrives equipped with everything needed to clean my house top to bottom. They take time to review my specific cleaning requirements and execute very well. The entire team is very professional, friendly and reliable. Customer service is certainly a priority and they each take pride in ensuring we are satisfied with their service.I like that they have multiple team members and take time to introduce me to each person on arrival. They all always have a smile on their faces (under their masks lately of course)!They do a generally good job and the house smells clean when they leave. Even my husband can tell when they've been in LOL.I gave them 4 stars just becuase there are a few tiny things they miss here or there but I'm sure if I pointed them out they would take care of them no problem. They are just too minor to bother bringing up and I'd feel like a bit of a diva asking them to put shampoo bottles back in the exact spot they were in originaly.All in all I am very happy with their service and most importantly I trust this team to be in my house with minimal supervision, they are genuinely good people. I would certainly recommend their services without hesitation.
