I can't say enough good things about our experience with Kootenay Exteriors. They were quick to come give us a quote and answer our questions. The crew worked hard and the finished job looks amazing. Everything from booking the job, to stripping the old shingles and installing our new roof, as well as a thorough clean up was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Very responsive from my first inquiry. I sent them pictures and measurements for a quote. After I received the quote back and accepted it the work was completed within their original time frame. I think from when I first reached out to them till the work was completed was right around 2 weeks, which is better than I expected.The work was completed on budget. I was very impressed by the work, speed of the work and most importantly how fast and courteous their service and customer service was.
