I've been a client for a few years and the team has been excellent. I recently chipped my front tooth and the team got me a same day appointment and fixed my tooth in under 30mins! It looks great and no one can tell there's been any work done. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience here. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The dentist and hygienist were excellent. Everyone made me feel at ease and comfortable!

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere more professional. Dr. Alexander Vasiliou Doesn’t know how to do dentistry and just wants to waste your money. Every tooth he touched in my mouth needs to be redone due to poor dentistry. They Wasted all my benefits and now I have to pay for a $2000 for a root canal out of my own pocket because he overfilled my filling and destroyed the nerve in my tooth. But when I told him there was pain I was told to only come back if it kept me up at night. Going to the dentist is suppose to be where you go to prevent yourself from getting to that point and they just don’t care about you just your money.

This was first visit with my family back to a dental practice since the pandemic hit. It was a truly a great experience. Dr Jim was oh so professional and so great at what he does. He doesn’t push to sell you more services he does dental work that you need! Wow what a refreshing professional. He is concentrated on your dental health!The staff is phenomenal and also equally professional.Eliza at front reception is the consummate professional with a warm smile and putting your needs first to Jenn the Certified Dental Assistant being one of the best assistants I have ever met.Leslie the hygienist was oh so gentle and so great at what she does! She was so personable and such a nice person! The entire vibe of this office is the best experience my family and I have ever had. I can’t say enough great things about this practice and the team of Dr Jim’s. This is the only dental office anyone should visit! Thanks to the entire team at North Barrie Dental and to Dr Jim you should be very proud as I am sure you are of the practice you have. Staff are friendly and all but I don't recommend if you don't have good insurance, especially international students. Firstly, a basic cleaning cost over $500, and my insurance couldn't cover all of it. Meanwhile, It was done for around over $200 at Downtown Barrie Dental and I didn't have to pay a penny because my insurance covered. I'd recommend to go there but sadly they're close. Secondly, I was informed to get a filling because I have a small cavity, they ended up doing some extra fancy stuff on my tooth that I wasn't aware of, and again, it wasn't covered in my insurance. I had to pay triple the amount I had anticipated even my insurance was included. I'm disappointed because as a broke student, I feel like I was scammed and taken advantage of.

Absolutely Fantastic service from North Barrie Dental. From the moment you walk in, to sitting down for work to be done, to going out the door after the visit, Dr. Jim’s team does it all.Sheri runs the office and always does a great job working around my busy schedule and giving me great reminders for appointments, wether I want it by text, phone call or email, she will accommodate it. She’s very organized.Jenn works as Dr. Jim’s dental assistant/technician, she is excellent. I see her during every dental procedure. She always makes sure that I’m feeling comfortable, which in a dental facility is really important. She answers all my questions, and give me the reassurance I need when coming into the dentist. She knows ahead of time what tools Dr. Jim uses, you can tell they work in great symmetry. It’s gives you a level of certainty that they know exactly what they are doing.Dr. Jim is second to none. I’ve never been judged or intimidated when getting work done here. And I did have a few teeth that needed some serious work done. He will take as long as it takes to make sure your teeth are fixed right, no short cuts and that’s exactly what I want with a dentist. He will work with you to discuss your options and so will his team. Everyone there is invested in your health and it shows. He and his team will always treat you with respect, which is why I’m taking the time to do this review.I’ve recommended Dr. Jim and his team to my family and friends in the past and I continue to do so. They have really helped me, thank you.

The dentist services are premium, no doubt about that. I love the hygienists and the dentist both.They recently let go of a bad receptionist in order to ensure great service. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

This team is fantastic. I've been a client for over well over a decade and have been always treated with honesty, respect and courtesy. Even with me being EXTREMELY needle-phobic and even more extremely dental-phobic, this team is still able to ensure I have quality dental care and who have always, ALWAYS and without question been responsive to my .. err.. eccentric, fear driven.. needs.I have also sent my closest friends and family there without question and have only heard positive things from each and every one of them.I am an actual customer. A customer who has posted a lot of reviews on Google that both criticize and applaud businesses. I would recommend Dr. Graszat to anyone.. without question

I absolutely love these ladies!!!! I drive over an hour to see them because every visit, they take excellent care. They give estimates, which are priced with provincial average and fair pricing. They ask before doing anything that isn't required. They have great bedside manner, a great sense of humor, very gentle and accommodating and professional. I don't think I could go anywhere else after they fixed my mouth and educated me in how to do proper home care. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! ❣️
