After my 1st Restorative Yoga session, I sent Kelly a note of “thanks for sharing your gifts!”I wasn’t sure what to expect with my first session but it definitely surpassed anything I had conjured up in my head.I could feel Kelly’s energy buzzing when she would come around and offer a gentle touch to trigger relaxation of the muscles. It had a profound effect on me.I went to bed as soon as I could when I got home & enjoyed the most restful sleep that night.I Can’t wait for my next session!!

What a great class! The restorative yoga is so relaxing. What a great resource to help reduce stress and relax. I have noticed many positive benefits, the biggest being less tension held in my muscles
