Best Lunch spot in the area and best Freshii in the city! I walk out of my way to specifically come to this location. The staff and customer service are unmatched! My order is always made to perfection and the staff often make my day with their endless positive energy. I am moving out of the city and am definitely going to miss coming here.

Freshii at Bay and Wellesley catered a large lunch meeting and I could not be happier with the service they provided! I worked primarily with Bobo from the store and he was very responsive and helpful. They were able to accommodate labelling each item ordered as well as handle special requests such as keeping cheese on the side, etc. for some items. This made it very easy for me to distribute at the meeting. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. Freshii at Bay and Wellesley helped make this event a success!

Before the pandemic I used to order from this location regularly. I was pleased to see that after 3 years this location did not change the quality of the service. Although I was not able to order a Mediterranean bowl from this location, the girl at the counter help me out to customize my order. Bonus points for her calm when dealing with an undecided customer. As I many other location good quality of the fresh produce and fast service.

Love this place! It’s my favourite spot to go to for a quick brunch within the Bay and Wellesley area. Their Sesame Crunch Salad is my go to salad and it’s delicious. When you don’t know what to order or want to try something new, the staff are knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Zin, who is one of the staff there, is warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly! I love this place and will continue to visit.

BEST FRESHII location! I keep ordering here every week! Always consistent and super fresh! Spicy Lemongrass soup and Cobb salad are my faves! Not an each location makes such a great soup (not watery and always has plenty if vegetables) This location is always ideally clean! Also super attentive and polite staff! :)

All good is so fresh over here. And you can choose so many various bowls , you will see all the calories , all the ingredients.The staff is very kind and helpful.I loved their food so much ! The most tasty food I have ever tried in Canada. Thank you guys !
