Highway 9 Auto Collision

Cathy at the front desk was very nice but my car went in for a new bumber and after 3 months of not having the vehicle it was returned to me and made it 5 minutes down the road before every light on the dash came on. I returned they cleared the codes but now the car doesn’t run. I think they just fixed it enough to make it home cause when I called for assistance I had zero help on their end.Would not recommend this shop for any repairs.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Malcolm, what an amazing gentleman he is, I ordered 3 items for my brothers car and he was running a bit late but the store stayed open for him to get his order, I'd definitely order auto parts from there

I was in an accident on the 400 Southbound this weekend, and Troy, from Gabriel Towing, helped us so much. After my hood blew open and I managed to make it to the shoulder of the highway, I was stranded on the side of the road with my daughter with autism and my little dog, and Troy was not only kind hearted and considerate, he went above and beyond to help me and my daughter!He made us laugh and made us feel safe after the trauma of the accident.It's so important to spread kindness, and this guy sure does a great job of it!I encourage people to go to Gabriel's Towing as they are honest and good folks over there!Thanks again, Troy!Lisa

My son's jeep was vandalized and after having a bad experience with the preferred bodyshop from the insurance we called Gabriel towing. My wife had to leave her car on the side of the highway to head to hospital in an ambulance. Gabriel's Towing was very professional and understanding. Special thanks to Frank who even made sure my wife had her house keys. No trouble picking up the car the next day. Overall, a great experience!!!

Had my car fixed at this shop the tow truck driver Ryan was very good he helped me out in a situation that was very sStressful and Guided me in the right direction. The two girls at the front desk were very helpful. They fixed my car and it looked like it was brand new. Chris the owner was very helpful. I would recommend the shop. The staff and the drivers are very friendly and helpful and if it wasn’t for them I would’ve been lost. So thank you Highway nine auto call Asian for the job you did.

Honest kind people work here. I hit a pot hole or an ice sheet or something and the metal sheet under the car was loudly dragging on the road. This place was the closest opened shop I could locate. So glad I found them, will def go back if my car needs anything else.

After a bit of searching around, I considered his input and decided to go through with it.As it turns out, Chris and Dave are both fantastic people as well. They're professional and care about their customers satisfaction. They supplied me a beautiful rental with a luxury trim package for the course of the repairs, all at a great price.As for my truck, the paint matched perfectly, all of the new body panels lined up excellent, there were no corners cut with the repair of my vehicle. Their mechanic even came to the front and explained to me exactly what had been done when the vehicle was completed.I am very pleased with my overall experience at Highway 9 Auto Collision and would recommend their services to all.
