Worst doctors office ever. I'm not exaggerating when I say I called over 100 times in a row back to back for over 2 hours straight and still not a single person picked up the phone. (Pre pandemic)Additionally, Dr Alex Ma (yunfei) is probably the worst doctor we've ever had the chance to deal with. He is unempathetic, disrespectful and unknowledgeable. My wife, who has mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and has been referred to be tested for ASD, was told she was manic and hysterical and was denied service. He said he would not serve someone anymore who is too much to handle". We will be bringing this up with the CPSO as his handling of her cases throughout her entire care has been sloppy

Great experience every time I need to go in! Dr. Abbasi is very professional and always takes the time to address the reason for my visit. She is very kind, patient, compassionate and always makes me feel very comfortable. I never feel the visit is rushed. Dr. Abbasi is definitely a medical professional who truly cares about her patients!

The clinic is nice and clean with a friendly staff. Very convenient that the pharmacy is on site. While it is difficult to get through to them over the phone, if I need an urgent appointment I leave a message and they have always called me back to set up an appointment for the same day. For the after hours clinic, you call Tele-health and the nurse will triage you, and if it is urgent they will set you up with the doctor on call for the same day.The office is on the second floor, however if you have small children you can just take the elevator.

My doctor is wonderful! He is always doing what is best for me as a patient and makes sure to exhaust all options before assuming any diagnosis. He is the most willing doctor I have seen when it comes to doing what he can to fit someone in for an emergency.He's wonderful with my child and extremely knowledgable. He always makes sure I understand what's going on and how we can fix the problem.It would be 5 stars, however I do find that some of the receptionist can be quite rude. One in particular but I'd rather not call anyone out by name.Overall, the doctors personality is the main thing and personally, mine is wonderful.

Let me start by saying I've been going here since I was a baby, so for 30 years I've been going here.Newer location is horrible, highschool students walking every way, next to no parking, tight spaces. The office is on the second floor so if you can't use stairs you get to ride the slowest elevator in the history of elevators.Show up early and you still wait 40 minutes to see a Dr.I have always liked the drs, but I'm starting to realize I don't have other experiences to go off of and they actually disregard a lot of my mental health issues and just lable it as anxiety or depression.Don't call, email is like the only way to book an appointment.Thankfully they accepted my children as patients, but in the 6 years I've been with my partner they have not accepted him as a patient, so like many others he doesn't actually have a family dr, yet his family goes to a Dr lol.I've never had an issue with staff, Susan has always been the same and I think she has to grow on you, which she has on me, she's blunt and to the point which is good for me.

New location is bad - limited parking, only one accessible parking spot and located on the second floor - and the elevator was often being serviced when I was a patient. Reception staff is not friendly at all. Susan is fantastic and my doctor, when I was there, was great, but they really made a bad choice with the new location - as a medical clinic with limited accessibility.

I've been trying to make an appointment for two months now and the phone is ALWAYS off the hook whenever I call.

Dr. Ma took over for my previous family doctor. He is a great listener and I am very happy with him. Katy & Susan are amazing at their jobs. I have never had an issue with the administrative staff. They are friendly and quick to return emails. Great office!

Dr Iram Abbasi one of the worst doctor. I was very happy to find a family physician in Kitchener. I only have four appointment with her. During this four appointment she just harassed , threatend and forced me to complain to the college of physician for my gynaecologist that I have 19 years ago. When I said NO". She gave me the letter that she cannot be my family doctor in future. I am not sure how she can use her patiant for her personal hate to this gynacologist."

Horrible clinic, horrible doctor, horrible staff. For my baby they schedule an appointment and cancel when they want and when we come they say you came at the wrong time even though they told us the time stays the same. And for me, the ORL specialist has not yet been found and scheduled, although I have been waiting for more than two months. my ear was operated on and I have inflammation and leaks. I can't wait for this situation to pass with COVID and for me to change the clinic and Dr. Mayram.
