I purchased a mattress from them and less two years the foam of bloom mattress has been damage. It's coming apart. And they say they have 10 year warranty. They told me they won't replace. A bunch lies to get people in. I will never purchase from sleep country again.

Had great, professional service with Danny Saad at the Carling location. He had excellent product knowledge and we never felt any pressure. With Danny's help we ended up with a very comfortable Kingsdown. We would highly recommend Danny to anyone looking to buy a mattress. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.Thank you Danny!

Unfortunately not a good experience. I called to ask about a trade in program because our current mattress left mine and my husband’s backs so sore he was sleeping on the couch for weeks.When told no, we purchased a high end mattress for $3000 on the suggestion of the sales person. No mention of any zero refund policy even though there was no option to try in advance due to the pandemic. Just told that we “would be taken care of if we don’t like it”.When we received the mattress it was incredibly hard and after 4 days we realized it wasn’t going to work. When I contacted sleep country, they immediately told me they don’t do refunds. I then contacted another store to inquire about a mattress we purchased years ago and loved it, and wanted to find that mattress again because we knew we liked it. Then we discovered that this other company never would have suggested the mattress sold to us by Sleep Country because it’s way too hard, and that they carried the same model for under $1000.Had to fight for our refund with zero sympathy from the sales person. While in tears in fear that we just lost $3000, when speaking to him he simply gave me the number for customer service and said “you can try, but since we opened over 40 years ago, they have never provided a refund”.Ultimately ended up getting the refund after quite the workaround, and went back to the other store and purchased a mattress that was 2 levels UP in quality (one that sleep country doesn’t even carry) for less than what we paid for the hard uncomfortable mattress they gave us, AND this other company threw in a high quality mattress protector for free because of what we had been through.Summary....the employees clearly only care about making a commission, they don’t even carry options that are provided elsewhere, and they significantly inflate the prices of their mattresses. When sharing our story with others, it was sad to hear how many people had the same experience. We will never be returning and suggest the smaller, family owned stores. You will get significantly better customer service, and a mattress at the cost you deserve.

Really pleased with my experience buying a mattress and then a pillow here. In both cases our salesman was very knowledgeable, and had a great system of introducing us to a few products that show the basics of our options, and figuring out our preferences from there. There was never pressure to get anything more expensive, the top priority was always what we liked best.Bonus points that they know to walk away when you're flopping around trying out a mattress, and to come back when you're ready to try something else. It's not awkward, it's just a matter of course.Very impressed :)

Overall a good experience purchasing our new mattress from sleep country. The sales staff was very kind and helpful.The delivery was less smooth, it was delayed a week - no problem. The morning of the delivery called to confirm a time, between 10-1, and then called at 930 saying they were 5 minutes away. But they were at the wrong address. The delivery people were given the wrong address, but I definitely gave them the correct address and postal code when we bought it, so not sure what happened there but made for an overall more painful delivery experience.But all in all, we are happy.

Liam was superb! We didn't end up buying on this visit, but he showed us all the options of firmness, the foam, traditional, and hybrid mattresses and allowed us time to experience each mattress. Also, he has the most calming, buttery smooth voice. I'd pay money just to keep hearing him talk.

We are Really happy with our purchase of a Dormeo mattress and adjustable platform. Noah was great and the sale and delivery were easy. We were impressed.

I was served by Noah, a great guy, very nice. I explained him my situation/needs; and he was be to transform my ideas into suitable products that really feet my needs. I definitively RECOMMAND this location because it's all about client. And the last but not the least, the price was not only excellent, but it’s also within my budget.Thank you Noah!

Anwser the phone. When people call. I called 3 different stores 3 times each and nobody answers. That doesn't sound like good business to me. I went there once another time to buy pillows and while the girl rang me up the other employee was texting on his phone while the phone rang and he never took the call. They make all these commercials saying all the right stuff I guess they just have some staff members who don't care
