Worst subway experience Ever!!!! If there was negative rating , i sure would rate this location negative .. The subway representative Salim is so rude and has so much attitude. He claimed they had only all grain or brown bread and was so not happy to help us. It was not busy and he had only one customer after us. We ordered Tuna and veggie. He used the same glove and Knife for both subs which is so not acceptable. When asked if he used the same knife, he said no"

After a very long and tiring day, I Went to the Subway’s Markham store last night around 8PM. The lady working there was so polite and helpful:)) She took my order and brought to me in a very delicate manner. Never saw her there before, so i guess she must be a new employee.I’m writing this review and giving the stars not for the SUBWAY but that staff,WELL DONE SUBWAY!! Her names Reet, do praise her !!

I honestly always get disappointed coming to this location. This time I ordered my sub and the bread was hard and was scraping my mouth. The associates never put the topping like normal and they put them piece by piece. I recommend driving down to 9th line to get a sub. Very disappointed since I starving.

Honestly, I don't know why I keep going back but I think I am finally done. There is one lady who is always working during the day and there is no other way to put it other than she is wholly incompetent. I used to go in and order but she seemed to have difficulty following my oral instructions so I decided to try out the app so she can read the instructions and make it at her own pace. She has yet to get it right. Today, I went in after placing my order on the app and she had not even started my order. She proceeded to serve all the people in person before starting my sub, which should have been ready when I arrived. To help speed up the process, I decided to orally tell her the instructions and it was as if she did not even see me talking to her. She ignored me the entire way. When I got to the end and asked to collect my sub, she pulled out a marker to write my name on the bag. I AM ALREADY HERE, JUST GIVE IT TO ME! Literally, this woman is the worst...

I ordered the Maplewood Smoked Bacon and Ham sub through DoorDash and the bacon is missing. Everything else tastes delicious, but seeing as I paid extra for the bacon and it's not there, I'm not happy. Someone could have contacted me if they ran out of bacon and offered a substitution. My subway bag also had a seal so I know it wasn't tampered. In the pictures is the other half of my foot long on the inside, what it should look like, and the receipt.

This location is terrible ! They had 1 lady working at 3pm and not sure if it was her first day…..but she was extremely slow. People kept coming in and leaving. Do better subway! We know for most locations you try to maximize profits by having 1 immigrant worker, but this is not acceptable. I went in to get 2 cookies which was the funny part. I stayed to see how everything panned out so i can write this review. I hope the owner see’s this. DO BETTER. Have more staff

Extremely trash service..... first off.. only one person working I stood in line for 25+ minutes for cookies, and when I asked for cookies I also asked if I could get a cup of ice, literally just ice that is normally free from any good establishment, the lady working showed attitude once I asked and I even asked how much I had to pay if she's charging me, after I pay she gives me a really tiny cup and starts lecturing me about how ice isn't free and how they don't do this and I told her I'm a literal paying customer and she got angry when I said that ?????? I'm sorry but @subway maybe teach your employees not to show customer bad attitude and argue when they ask for some ice?? ESPECIALLY if they're paying for their items in store ....UPDATE. I opened my bag and there was hair inside it. Really disappointed

Always polite and they do their job with passion. I always ask them to make my food fresh, it comes to me fresh. Classic chicken Sandwich, fresh and you will not be disappointed. Wayyyy better than mcdonalds and popeyes, that's for sure.
