Coastal Pools has been fantastic from the start! This is our first time owning a pool and starting from the time we called to book them it’s been amazing communication, follow up and follow through! They came on the day they were scheduled and the 2 men that came were not only very knowledgeable but very patient and attentive. He made sure before they left that we understood the basics of the pool and how to operate it. It’s now open and ready to go! 5 stars across the board!

Just used Coastal Pools to get our pool opened. They were friendly, efficient and came right when they said they would. They were also honest about which pool maintenance/repair things needed immediate attention vs which could wait and for how long. After using other companies in the past, these guys were a huge step up!

Zac and his team do a PHENOMENAL job! They are quick to respond, reliable, honest, hard working and do quality work. We switched over last summer to have our weekly maintenance done by them in part because they could accommodate an emergency pool reno we were needing to have done. They communicated well throughout the entire thing, were courteous and accommodating to my kids (who wanted to watch the whole thing lol), were fair on price and stood behind the workmanship. We’re so happy with the end-product and their team continues to be a joy to deal with (which I feel is rare in the pool industry). Thanks guys!!

We had such a great experience with Coastal Pools. Zac, Brett and the entire team worked tirelessly to get us our dream backyard in a matter of weeks. It truly was remarkable. They provided great renderings from the start and the vision really came to life. The guys showed up early every day without fail and worked very hard. Brett was phenomenal with communication and always kept us in the loop with what was happening. With a few minor blips, the team was always right on a solution. We would highly recommend Coastal Pools if you are in the market for a backyard makeover.

Great customer service. They respond quickly to calls and the guys that come out for the on site service are very pleasant and professional.I am revising my review because the company offered to give me a quote on a new pool cover that I needed. They took all of the measurements and promised to get back to me with a quote shortly. That was literally months ago and I have called and left several messages and have not had the courtesy of a return phone call.

George and Colin came by to do pool maintenance and they were absolutely amazing! We had no knowledge about pools and they were very understanding and went over how to continue maintaining our pool. They took the time to explain how our system worked and what steps to take next. Overall, very satisfied and we will definitely call Coastal Pools for future pool maintenance!

I just bought a house that came with a pool (I've never had a pool and know nothing about them) so I called Coastal Pools to see if the could send someone over to show me how to use the equipment. Well, not only did they send 2 excellent people to show me the ropes, they also listened and answered all of my questions and gave me a bunch of pointers to run an efficient, cost effective pool. 10/10 would recommend.
