I contacted this company by phone about having my pre purchased 6 camera 4k DVR system with BNC cabling installed. I was assured that by the woman on the phone that her husband would return call soon. Never did get a call back. Not important now- I installed it with the help of a friend of the family who is a Master Electrician who had the fish sticks to run the cables in the attic.Don't know much about the company- but if you say you will phone back-then phone back!!!. I don't have time to waste with people who don't do as they say. If you don't want the job then just phone and tell me. .By the way my $500 Costco system is working perfectly and yes it is 4K with 4K rated BNC cabling and all 6 Colour Night Vision Cameras are working perfectly in 4K on a 4K monitor. I purchased this system after my friend (construction contractor) bought 1 himself for his own house and recommended it. Sure it might not be using NVR at Cat5 Cabling but it does the job in 4K and is digital and works with Android phone. I did install it professionally and I used a CyberPower backup UPS to protect the system. If you are somewhat handy and want to self install and you want want a DVR or NVR system Costco sells Lorex systems. The software is easy to understand and you don't need a manual to get it set up.
