NEVER AGAIN! worse bunch to bother renting a truck from!! So dishonest and rip offs. Charged me double the amount than the actual usage. Go in and takes an extra lump sum of money out of my account unauthorized! Deceitful, Dishonest, cons! They don't make it as simple and easy as they advertise.

Deceitful, untrustworthy, dishonest, scammers, thieves. Would not recommend but if you do go here make sure to take a picture of the tripometer, before and after because they will add an extra 125 miles or 200 kms on your bill. No need to learn the hard way. Disgusted

Computers were down. Couldn't even hand write a rental for a trailer. Poor service. Even the 1-888- number of the head office was useless
