Paco's Tacos
Great street tacos, lots of flavour and loved the corn tortillas. Enjoyed the fish tacos, but the mushroom option was the winner. Added avo & a squeeze of lime - perfect with their pico & slaw. So glad to see they have a delicious vegetarian option. Service was friendly and pretty quick :)

Good tacos, freaking expensive though, one taco 6.50 before taxes. I can't recommend this place at those prices, this place caters to people with lots of money.

I travel for work and eat out regularly. I don't normally post reviews but this food truck is a hidden gem! Authentic, made with love and quality ingredients. Their pico de gallo is the the best I have ever tasted. The ground corn brings it all home. There are no shortcuts here.

Upon tasting these tacos my husband texted me “these may be the best tacos I’ve ever had.” I had to try them the next day. The corn tortillas are fresh and chewy/tender and the fillings are cooked perfectly. Service was fast!

Delicious tacos. A very nice way to help cure a hangover. Wish I was on saltspring longer to try their burritos. Will have to make a trip back in the future.

The burrito is massive and all the flavours meld perfectly together. Add a side of hot sauce to kick it into overdrive. The made fresh tortillas are outstanding. Salt Spring has a real gem here and it is 100% worth a visit if in Ganges.

Really good but a bit salty! Also wish they came with salsas. Otherwise delicious. The chicken one was our favourite.

Got the fish burrito (plain) and my partner got the pork carnitas burrito (with cheese & avo). Don’t skip out on the cheese! It was so delicious and service was amazing. We almost skipped this spot but found it on our last day, wish we made it here on the first day!
