Initially, working with this company was great. Everyone was friendly and prompt in response and eager to provide us with creative ideas on how produce our boxes. Unfortunately, when timelines came into play they were unable to deliver on ANY of them. The product came in late, underwhelming, and the quality was disappointing. We felt we were caught in the middle between the label supplier and X-treme packaging when it came to finder fees" and politics of pricing and passing on the onus of quality (lack of) of the overall product. They did not send us the amount we agreed on
