I've had 2 windshields replaced at this establishment ~ headache free. Was walking past and saw a cute car that I test drove and bought. No high pressure sales and negotiated on price. Came with a 3 month warranty and the option to extend that. Happy camper.

I bought 2005 Nissan Murano from this dealer and within 20 days I replaced rear brakes and cost me $800 . After 6 months transmission failed and I have to scrap it. My $5000 were wasted to this dealer. Sales man from this dealer said Safety done by MUFFLER-MAN. So everything should be good. But it is not. I do not know whom to trust any more.I do not recommend this dealer.

Ralph is a straight shooter.If you had a bad experience withhim ; it was probably “your” attitude.Going back to see him tomorrow.The price he quoted us on a windshield replacement : was $100 less than I could find anywhere else!

I am only giving 5 starts to offset the review by Satya Balusani at 1 star. A transmission failing 6 months after sale on an older car is not the sellers fault. That is absurd, if he wanted a warranty he should have bought new, but then again, that would have cost more than $5000. Used cars are always a gamble. A safety only guarantees the items were passable at the time of inspection.

I needed a windshield for a work van...the owner ordered it and I had the windshield installed quickly. The work was excellent and the whole experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
