They are behind on a lot of things. They haven't fixed the flooding problems that a lot of houses have in the spring. We are due for another flood soon. I don't think they even realize that it's a yearly thing that happens as the ice thaws and the snow melts. The sewer backs up a lot. It's not something anyone should wake up to. Did you know you it is possible to build a flood proof?5* = Loved it4*= Liked it3*= It's okay2* = Disliked it1* = Hated it
