Went to the pharmacy at 11 pm today for medicine for my wife and my new born. The pharmacist ( a lady)on duty was amazing and excellent. She helped me out and answered all my questions and helped me find the medicines.Good work team. God bless.

I had the best experience at this shoppers. The lady who helped me while I looked for a perfume for a family member was amazing. Super friendly and knew lots about the different scents ect. I've never had a good experience like this in any shoppers ever! I lady was young long blonde hair. Wish I recalled her name. THANK YOU for your help if you see this.

Way too much information on the automated message. Especially while calling from a physician's office. Long waits on the phone. NOT good again calling from a physician's office. Frustrating , need more streamline message.

Stupid east Indian ladies were talking at the till while both on shift then they swipe my gift certificate card and tell me there's no balance on immediately. It was a lie and they didn't even try to fix it. They just wanted to make me look bad

I see lots of positive comments about friendly and helpful staff at this location. Visited this evening around 7:30pm. No staff anywhere on the front end. Only self check. Truly ridiculous when the computer says Tell us how we did today!" Who's us?! I will shop at Save On Foods in the future."

Store doesn't bother employing enough staff to keep itself (or it's post office) running smoothly while their parent company, Loblaws, increased their profits by 30% last year.The staff who do show up for their minimum wage seem to try their best and are generally friendly and helpful. Hope customers don't take their frustration out on them when management is the problem.

10/10 service from Jordan tonight. Passing through from the interior this evening--on my way to Surrey in hopes of getting an urgent passport tomorrow and he was able to quickly take and process photos for me despite the late time I showed up. He's saved me the stress of finding some place open early in Surrey tomorrow morning.

Went on vacation and forgot to bring my regular medication. Stopped by this Shoppers pharmacy in Kamloops (on my way to Canmore) and the pharmacist helped me with an emergency supply to last my days away from home. They contacted my regular Shoppers Pharmacy and took care of everything, it was ready for me in an hour. Could have been quite a disaster but they saved the day ... and everything was all taken care of by my health plan coverage. I didn't have to pay a dime! Thanks a million.
