My new serta bed and frame are dreamy. Had a solid restful sleep last nightShannon at White Rock/South Surrey location was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional she made finding the right bed for me easy.The delivery and setting up the bed went so smoothly. Both delivery people were very respectful of keeping my home clean and did there best to keep boxes away from walls and also wore booties to keep dirt off my floor. They took all the cardboard and plastic wrapping away with them. They were professional, efficient, speedy snd friendlyOverall a great experience.I highly recommend White Rock/South Surrey Sleep Country if you need a new bed. Price was very competitive & affordable.

Very impressive experience from start to finish. Benny, the sales assistant, was very knowledgeable. He helped us try out all the various mattress types and gave us lots of time to try them out. After purchasing, we were given a delivery date and a backup date in case of shipping delays. The store phoned prior to the delivery date to confirm then again prior to the day to give us a three hour arrival time. The delivery people also phoned on the day to give us a more exact time. Outstanding customer service by everyone.Highly recommend them.

The service at Sleep Country (Southpoint Exchange) is OUTSTANDING!! Shannon Moore, in particular, is an exceptional salesperson - smart, professional, and calm. A real class act. I have bought several beds from this store, and can't say enough positive things about my experiences. A+++

I bought a mattress in May of this year the middle of the mattress has sunk after jumping through hoops with taking pictures and measurements to send to the warranty department, I was emailed back saying that it was normal in 5 months for the mattress to sink that amount. This was my first time buying from sleep country and next year when I move into my home and need a couple of new beds will not be purchasing them here, so disappointed with the way they handled my defected mattress.

We bought our last adjustable bed from Sleep Country Canada and were very happy with it. We decided to purchase another and a mattress. The service is always great, right from when you walk in the store and the delivery/setup is always smooth. We love our adjustable bed and wished we'd hadn't waited so long to buy the first one!

Zalmai and Brayen did a great job installing our new mattress and our Ease base. They were very professional, efficient and friendly. Thank you again for your help! We will definitely recommend this location as their sales and installation team went above-and-beyond!

Customer service is almost non existent. We bought a mattress and scheduled the delivery, got a reminder of the delivery the following Thursday for a Saturday delivery, and was told they would confirm the time window on Friday. Friday comes, and just before closing, I call to see if there is a problem. The guy at the store said they are busy and the delivery driver will call in the morning with a 3 hour window for delivery, I said what if I am not available to be there when they come. He said they will try again Monday. I work during the week and can only be there on the weekend for delivery. I told him I should just cancel the order and go elsewhere, the guy on the phone said whatever go ahead". I felt like my $1500 was nothing to them

Buyer beware. Do not buy a Serta mattress from Sleep Country as they do not honour Serta's 10 year warranty. We purchased a mattress just over a year ago and we have a problem with it. Serta told us exactly how to set up pictures to show the problem but asked us to first go through Sleep Country. Sleep Country refused the pictures and said it had to be visible without the 5 pound weight which showed the issue perfectly. They refused our warranty claim and said to come back when the issue gets worse. This was a $2600 mattress and the problem started after 6 months of sleeping on it. Terrible customer service. We will never purchase or recommend to anyone.

Shannon helped my family buy mattresses on two occasions and both times was super friendly and helpful. The first time she went above and beyond to get us a great deal and even stayed past closing to help us. Highly recommend buying your mattresses here the service is great and simple.

High pressure sales. Bought bamboo sheet set there and it fell apart at the seams after 1 wash. I called the store and was told no refunds or exchanges. For almost $300 for a set for my adjustable bed, I had expected them to last not desintegrate.
