On April 8th 2022 we said goodbye to our beloved dog Bailey. Dr Ellen and her staff were so kind and comforting not only in her passing but for over the 14 plus years she was Bailey's vet. They even sent a donation to the Guelph vet college in Bailey's name. A very thoughful gift.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Shapiro and her team. Linda is the sweetest woman who cares very deeply for every animal that comes in the office. She knew from past visits that our dog was not doing well and her kindness and urgency to get us the care we needed was something we will never forget. Both Linda and Dr. Shapiro helped us in getting emergency life saving surgery for our very much loved family dog within hours of seeing them and their kindness and empathy on a day where we were still trying to process the severity of the situation did not go unnoticed. After receiving surgery from another clinic, Linda called for an update and to ensure our dog was doing better. Thanks again Linda and Dr. Shapiro you truly are the best!

Excellent experience, we travelled from Strathroy to see Dr. Shapiro and I am so glad we did!!!! She was very patient with our senior dog explained everything and answers so many questions and was so gentle with our baby we will definitely come back she is highly recommended!!!

Terrible customer service. Just sat in waiting room for thirty minutes while I heard them deal with a walk in that was most definitely not an emergency. More like a chat session. Tried to justify it when I walked out. Nope my time is worth way more respect than these people showed me. Zero stars.

I have been taking my dogs here for 5 years and Dr. Shapiro, Linda and staff never fail to be thorough, informative and heap the love on their patients. They always go above and beyond and are just the most friendly, caring vet I've ever encountered.

In September our cat Mika underwent surgery to remove cancerous neoplasms. At that time, my girlfriend and I had just arrived in Canada from Ukraine, with nothing but a couple of backpacks and our two cats. We were very afraid for the cat's life, this was her second operation this year. But thanks to the caring employees of the clinic, their professionalism, and dedication to their work, Mika is now healthy and active as before. Doctors literally saved our pet's life. We will always be grateful for the warmth, kindness, and golden hands of doctors.

Dr.Shapiro is our vet since 5 years now. We have a 12 year old Yorkie and he has lots of anxiety and she is very patient with him and takes her time. He has some health problems and they always come through for our little one whenever he’s not feeling well. We highly recommend this place. The staff is so compassionate and they have the knowledge and resources to help you no matter what. Thank you for everything!

Finally found a veterinarian that shows that she is truly devoted to her profession!!!We took our dog for the first time to the office 14 y old dog, she was very compassionate and very knowledgeable very happy that we took our doggie to her!!!She put our minds at ease! She will be our vet from now on thank you Dr. Shapiro!

The folks at the Exeter Animal Hospital are always there when we need them. It’s such a great team who truly care about our fur-babies. We’ve been with Ellen and her team for 20 years now and always feel confident with the care.
