-10/10 customer service. Sort reviews by New instead of most relevant and see for yourself. I have never been treated so poorly, the customer service is totally unacceptable. Please dp yourself a favour and shop anywhere else for your appliances. Before you buy they seem okay. After they have taken your money and installed the product it's a nightmare.

Excellent service, Aria was super helpful to us. Very quick, and very efficient. We came knowing what we wanted and didn't feel like we were trying to be sold anything else, which just made the experience that much better. Also, I think they use some sort of point system to help divide up commission more equitably, which is great to see. Will definitely return for future appliance needs.

Similar to other posts, Nader was great to deal with. I ended up buying a Whirlpool dryer after changing the order a couple of times. His professionalism and service were outstanding. Super patient and even processed the amended order on his day off! Prices are very competitive. I'll definitely be contacting Nader again for our next appliance purchase.

Went into their Broadway store and spoke with Nader. He was great, very knowledgeable and helped recommend the correct appliances for my situation. They have very competitive pricing and quick delivery. I would definitely go back or recommend a friend go there.

Nader was excellent to deal with. I spoke with him on the phone and was so pleased with how well everything flowed. He confirmed all my information and offered comparisons of other products when I asked. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was able to supply and deliver the refrigerator I wanted quickly and for the best price.I loved the delivery tracking app when my appliance went out for delivery. My delivery men were also polite and professional. They were extremely careful with my home and my appliance and did not rush me when I inspected it after delivery.

The initial experience was as if I was shopping at a pawn shop. I asked for a price on a product and was given a response along the lines of 'how much are you willing to pay?'. Then there was an odd and unnecessary interaction of having to check for a better price with the manager"

BE AWARE - They sent a used, open-box refrigerator when I purchased a NEW one. I had even asked the sales rep if it's an open-box item because it was on sale, and he assured me that it's a brand new product. I found notes from the previous owner inside the fridge though. When I asked their online customer service representative, they said I need to submit the return/exchange form. I went to take a look at it and it says the item has been discontinued so I can't replace it. (It does not say on the manufacturer's website that this is discontinued). My whole kitchen renovations have already been set and I had already paid for the custom cabinets with the panels specifically for this fridge. Attached are photos proving that this is nowhere near new". ONLY PURCHASE FROM THEM IF YOU WANT USED OR OPEN-BOX ITEMS FOR THE PRICE OF NEW! Added plus: They do NOT install the fridge - only delivery :)"

Customer services is terrible! I purchased a fridge 8 month ago and now is not working. I have to deal with manufacturer, customer service from CAS and also the guy who sold me the fridge that was not helpful at all.I understand their policies but being more friendly and helpful doesn't hurt.Buy somewhere else your appliances not in this location.
