Ive never experienced such bad customer service with who we think is the owner Steve.WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND this company to my worst enemy. They have 5 people that you will try and get ahold of and then NEVER be able to reach them.The tent looked fine but had to ask for the walls to be put up that were in the contract but Steve makes everything very hard conversation and argues for 30 minutes and talks in circles defending his company. He says he is understaffed, but he is definitely working his mouth overtime. Things could have been done more efficiently if he didnt argue about a review we made for 30 mins because we couldnt get ahold of them.

Seven days ago we used SouthWest tents for our wedding. One stop-stop shopping for all we needed. Friendly staff, oustanding service, everything was clean and sparkled. My wedding was outstanding. If we renew our vows in 5 or 10 years, we will say WE WILL" To SouthWest tent. OUTSTANDING !!!! Highly recommended <3 Much love"

We used southwest event + tent rentals in Sarnia for our wedding this week. From the initial inquiry to the tent and rental setup the entire team was helpful and professional! The on site set up crew were fast, efficient, and offered advice on set up and answered any questions we had. The day of set up was hot and humid and they managed to smile and laugh through it! Thankyou!

When inquiring about a tent we got ghosted after obtaining a quote and asking to add additional rental supplies on that we thought of later. I guess this was too much work for them. They stopped responding so my Fiancé reached out again at a different email. They responded only to ghost us again when he mentioned the address once again. We were ready to rent from them with credit card in hand. Very frustrating that they have such horrible customer service. Would not recommend

I called to reserve some tables and chairs for an event on Thursday. I was told I was going to get an email with an estimate that I never received. I called on the Wednesday and was told that they will be closed. I have less than 24 hours to find an alternative. Absolutely unprofessional, and unacceptable. Would not recommend to anybody asking. Horrible experience.

A family friend got married a week ago and to say the man who dealt with the tent setup was AWFUL is an understatement. Did not follow the contract and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not only did they not show up at the time in the contract, they didn’t provide the proper sidings for the tent either. The wedding party themselves even had to help… what kind of service is that!He also showed up at 8am the next morning after the wedding night to take down the tent!! Completely unacceptable and unreasonable. Will never recommend this company to anyone.
