We had a house inspected by Gary and are extremely happy with our choice. Gary and Mike were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure the house was in good order. They were also patient and took the time to show us how to properly operate and maintain the various appliances in the home. Their prices are also more than reasonable. You can't put a price on peace of mind and that's what Gary and his team provided! I will definitely be recommending Gary to all of my friends who buy homes in the future.

Very thorough, friendly, helpful and professional. Mike happily answered all of my questions as he took me through the house, and clearly explained to me the work needed to be done with the first home and potential drawback associated with every aspect of the home I was going to buy. Gary was knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. He knew exactly how to work with first time home buyers and really cared about us knowing every detail about the home we were looking to purchase. Gary did our home inspection and gave us tips, explained in detail all of what he was doing and why, and even offered support after our inspection was done. He even offered to support us with a second inspection for our home improvements that we had completed on the house. Wow, what a great experience and what a great price. My wife and I just bought our first home in the deep south and needed a quick turn around. Mike showed up early on a weekend and took the time to get to know us and our situation before starting. He walked us through almost every room and space in the house carefully detailing what we should look out for. 10/10 highly recommend!
