Worst medical clinic I've ever been to. The receptionists are rude and the doctors are uncaring.

If you are planning on visiting this clinic, never make appointment with dr crestein Ghattas. She's ridiculous!Rude, doesnt care, irresponsible.Showed up at 11:10 for my 11:30 appointment. She didn't take me till 11:57. No explanation no apologies. Asked why she took me in so late. Gave me a doesn't care look and said she's running a bit late.Through out the whole time her tone was rude and not happy when I asked her questions. Like if I knew the answer why would I even need to see you.Worst dr ever. If I could I would give her -5 stars!

I have visited this clinic four times in the past few months as a walk-in patient. Each time was a different doctor on-duty caring for the walk-in patients. They were all relatively new doctors with a couple years of private practice experience, but they were quite professional and would only prescribe medication if absolutely required. The wait time at this clinic varied from 20 minutes to 45 minutes depending on how busy the clinic was. I’ve observed how the receptionists dealt with the patients. I must say that I disagree with the negative reviews regarding their customer service attitude. In fact I found them to be very pleasant and helpful in answering all the inquiries.

This clinic need a better management or staffs that know how to work properly. My calls were never answered and going there I need to wait like 1.5hrs to 2 to be attended. Doctors are overbooked or have a lot of patients as the staff said. Unless you are dying… you have to wait. And no improvement all these years.

Doctors are great, but the reception people are the rudest I have encountered. They act as if they re working for free and doing you a favour. They require a mask and don't even supply it. It is ok to mandate mask in your own business but you have to supply it since it is not required anywhere else.!!

I regularly visit this clinic. The hours are not great and neither is the service... Front desk staff are quick to dismiss you and the waiting area is cramped... All that said, I like my family doctor and this is her location so the rest is tolerable.On the positive side they are usually on time for appointments which is great compared to my previous doctor who was always 45-60 minutes late even if I was booked first in the day.

If I could give this place 0 or negative stars, I honestly would. This clinic is a joke. The receptionist/nurses here are incompetent and untrustworthy.My family doctor left this clinic back in December, and when I asked the office what I should do in November, they told me word for word we are going to distribute her patient files among the other doctors."So I trusted the receptionists on her word that my file was going to be handed to another doctor in this office. And it was not. And now I have to go find another family doctor.This is a blessing in disguise

This doctor’s office is the absolute worst. The only reason I go here is because I like my doctor, Dr. Carol Cheung. Otherwise I would avoid this place at all cost. The receptionists are kinda rude and they don’t always pick up the calls. Their customer service is terrible. When booking appointments, it takes a minimum 2-3 weeks before I can get an appointment with my doctor. If I had to wait that long, by then I’ll probably either be super sick or not sick at all. That’s also because Dr. Carol Cheung is not always in the office so it’s so hard to book her. The few times I couldn’t wait to get an appointment with her, I saw some of the other doctors instead. One of them didn’t really give me any good advice and didn’t help at all. She just kinda dismissed my problems even though I was clearly in pain when I wasn’t before. The other time, I booked an early appointment on the weekend, almost like first few appointments, and I ended up waiting for almost an hour because the doctor came to work late. Like I saw her coming into the office for work, well after my appointment was supposed to start. And then she still had to see the one or 2 appointments before mine. Super unprofessional for a doctor to be late for work when there are appointments waiting. I saw another review here that mentioned Dr. Carol Cheung will be moving back to Montreal, but this was not told to us, her patients. I definitely will find a new doctor’s office after she’s gone.

The receptionist is so rude, she was yelling at me and getting frustrated over a simple question I asked.

The clinic is poorly ran and has a bad setup. There was a long line just to get to the front desk and no one cares to answer the phone. 4 receptionist and they can't manage. Called the front desk multiple times with no answer, and finally got to someone the next day. Made an appointment but still ended up having to wait 50 minutes. What was the point of making an appointment?On the bright side, the doctor was nice and knowledgeable.
