Higher standards than franchise dealerships at this used car dealership. I purchased my wife's Mercedes here and from the pictures to when I see it in person to delivery date, the vehicle just kept looking better. They have amazing Covid precautions that I felt comfortable and beyond honest.

After a long and frustrating struggle of trying to find a suitable family vehicle, and dealing with dealerships that were less than professional or lacking basic customer service...it was a pleasure to find Grandeur Motors. Aisha was on point! Really appreciate her attention to detail and excellent customer satisfaction! Also thankful for the help and support from Ali, even after the purchase of the vehicle was finalized.

Very dirty office, half drank water bottle sitting on the bar fridge in the customer area, cigarette ashes all over the floor next to the couch. Couches ripped, torn and dirty feeling. Wish I didn't sit down that's for certain. Staff was friendly however late for our appointment and waited for the car to be washed before taking for a test drive. I had booked my appointment more than 24hours in advance so I was very disappointed when I was left waiting. Vehicle had damage to front bumper and rimmed were pitted, this info was left out of the car post.

After going to several dealerships, and not getting what we wanted. we were referred to Grandeur Motors, and I am so glad that we were. We had an amazing experience purchasing our vehicle. Great customer service, highly knowledgeable, very friendly, not pushy at all, and gave us all the information that we needed and explained it really well. I would highly recommend this dealer, and will be returning back to them in the future for another purchase. Ali and his sister were very welcoming towards us and our kids. Ali is amazing at what he does and answered all our questions even those not relating to the vehicle we purchased. if I could i will give him ten out of ten.
