Great experience, the guy was amazing who helped me - easy experience!

Troy went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service and I will definitely use their services again! Troy was professional and had a good customer repoire and knew what he was doing! Great place to get money orders at a low cost of only $5.99! Banks charge double that and and I won't go anywhere else from now on!

The manager and employee (troy) are absolute liars- they both bold faced lied directly to my face and tried blaming an error made on a new employee. Promises were made to resolve the mistake on their end but were not actually withheld. They will hang up on you and push buttons on the phone and even go as far just hiding in the back room once recorded because they were caught lying and felt embarrassed and the lying just got way out of control. The manager claims he spoke with me prior which is completely false, I had never personally spoken with him before I went into the store to figure out what was going on and why all the games and lying. The point is, this is very UNFORTUNATE experience- the worst “business” for certain. I have never been more jaw dropped in my life over the poor quality and communication of the bath rd outlet and it’s employees. It’s actually disgusting for them to be able to look a person directly in the eyes and lie to them

I would give below 0 if I could. I am blown away by the nerve of this branch. Stop lying, fix YOUR mistake and make it right like you said you would but then lied right to your customers face. This will never go away until you fix the lies and unfair treatment after STEALING money. Every day I will reach out to resolve this and you will NOT get away with lying and STEALING as a business or trying to personally insult a customer because you can’t handle pressure and guilt of your lying is catching up and you know you will have to face this. You THINK you don’t have to care, you THINK you can just get away with it because you know it’s impossible to actually speak with anyone because you are a scam company who will just have you attempt to call the “head office” just to be put on hold for hours and told you’d have a call back only to never receive a call or care- that’s the biggest issue alongside the lying- theses characters think they can play games, insult and lie- not today guys, not ever again. Never going to let this go, this is your fault, your lying and childish games and money is a serious issues and you cannot lie to customers to try and cover your tracks by blaming a new employee for you lack of care or concerns. I will be protesting next if some one REAL doesn’t reach out to resolve the insanely ridiculous situation you caused.The manager refused to give a name and the one who has lied causing all the issues and poor communication is Troy.

Extremely furious after an outright racial profiling experience.Went to send funds overseas and the employee refused to help me saying she had to talk to her manager before she can process my transaction.At this point she had confirmed the funds the I will be sending, took the payment and counted it twice. Examined the bills and asked very private and unnecessary questions.She then proceeds to leave the money on the counter top go talk to her manager to make sure she is doing the job correctly".After some 5 minutes

I called Money Mart, Bath road location the other day to get some information on your products and services. I spoke with a woman named Sue, she was extremely helpful and explained everything with great detail. Will definitely be recommending this location to others because of the amazing customer service.

Troy has been consistently great to work with. Always professional and always amazingly patient and cheerful.
