Really love this beautiful outdoor picnic area at Edworthy Park. Located very close to the river. There is tons of room for all sizes of parties. The grounds are well maintained and clean. Has multiple play areas for children.

This is my happy place...breakfast on the banks of the bow.Friendy people .In a city with over 1.5 million you are guarented a smile and a hello from almost everyone you meet.

Our go to park when we need a stop over in biking. Just sitting on a nice quiet weekday staring at the beautiful colorful trees. There is a playground for kids, lots of picnic tables and bbq areas, washrooms, and a pet friendly park. You can also try stone skipping near the river :) Parking is easy and always available.

Pleasant and lots of picnic space. Easy access from both sides of the river. Parking fills up very quickly, especially on the south side of the park (closer parking but smaller lot). There are large picnic groups to reserve; good for large gatherings but the washroom facilities were closed unexpectedly; disappointing but hopefully not permanent. Tall trees mean a good mix of shade and sun.

Took my dog here for a walk (on-leash of course). Great little park. The trees are beautiful. The park is a wonderful getaway that's active. I wish I lived a bit closer.. it is also a little ways of a hike to a masssive dogpark.The train crossing was a bit of a concern but I didn't see a train the whole time we were there (3 hours)
