Rozanne is the most genuine coach I could have ever found. With understanding and great knowledge in mindfulness, fitness and nutrition, she got me to my goal, safely, and taught me about making healthy choices when choosing food to eat. She also made me a champion in my first show. She is amazing and is worth everything!!

Diet Doc Red Deer gave me all of the tools I needed for my personal nutrition goals. The knowledge I have gained from Rozanne is invaluable. I joined her program in the fall of 2019 and I lost 50 lbs and kept it off. If you are looking to make changes definitely schedule a consult, you won't regret it!
