It doesn’t matter how old you are. It doesn’t matter how polite you are. It doesn’t matter if you speak to them entirely in French. They will Not Write Happy Birthday in English (even if you offer to print it for them). Thank you for being so classy. The product itself (the quality of the pastries) is mostly top notch. The attitude and maturity of some of the staff needs to catch up with the international appeal and quality of their product.

Sadly I expected more from this place for the priceFor example lait coffee for large $4.95 for half a cup taste good gets 3 stars not un a mug but paper cupDiver ( fruit Denwas) $3.95 taist good but old when you cut with the fork you don't listen or see the crunchy part it is like been backed 24h ago .. look good but sadly I give it 3 stars maxOver all 3 stars for service as well when I mentioned the taste they maid fun of me ...I ate and drink it because I don't like to waist money ...

3 people try this cake, looks amazing but unfortunately out of taste . Honestly, Disappointed if you guys running off quality ingredients or the cake was over days in the patisserie place it’s better to be aware of the consequences, I ended up throwing it in the garbage and no one finished his portion!!!!I’m not getting from this place again .

One of the best croissants I've ever eaten. They come in chocolate, lemon, walnut, and a variety of other flavors. The croissants look great as well as taste great. Excellent customer service was provided. Definitely recommend.

I like to go there for their butter croissants when I'm in the South Shore. Their croissants are big, fluffy, and buttery, but they could use more crispiness on the outside. The price is decent for the size: $2.10 taxes included. They also have decent individual cakes.

My brother ordered from Chicago for a birthday cake they told him the price was $ 40 and They ended up charging double or more, I thought it was a warning, plus the cake was not delicious. Very disappointedIn the end we did not know why they charged that amount, it seems to me an exaggeration $ 145
