This has to be one of the worst embassy.They never answer calls always closedUnreliable ,Unorganized ,you guys make Haitian people look bad …. Do something about this it’s ridiculous….

So, It is really hard to get someone to answer phone calls at the Embassy specially the reception number which I tried for a month with no answer.Finally I called all the extensions I could find on the website. Someone called me back and she was really nice and provided decent service.And depends on where you are in Canada the Embassy might be closed when you call. For me, I am 3 hours behind.

Customer service always unavailable, barely find someone to communicate when calling. Leave message is a waste of time because No one ever return calls. I am not even sure why they are still operating, and to whom.

I’ve been calling for days no answer. Even took the time to take the bus and go to the embassy and this lady was sitting right next to the phone ignoring it. This is ridiculous.

Worst service I’ve ever received! They are lazy and disorganized. Poor communicators who won’t get back to you about a problem with your application. They refuse to answer their phones. They’re website isn’t updated to inform you of the proper documentation needed! And worst of all they lack accountability! Hands down the most incompetent agency around!

The worst customer service in the world, the new receptionist doesn’t know any answers, and I asked to speak to someone else she hand up on me. Calling back, no one answered. Well you are in Canada just to remind you, we have somewhere to complain here… Get proper training and do your job.
