COVID-19 Assessment Centre

Got my appointment for a test within 3 hours of initiating the process. Showed up on time and had my information taken. Test was performed and I was up and out of there within 10 minutes. Very efficient and impressive work!

Went to this testing center on the weekend and waited 2.5 hours to get tested!! Just some advice: wear comfortable shoes, pack your headphones and/or a good book for the wait!! Parking voucher is provided to those who park in the parking lot.

Highly professional from the intake to being processed for testing. The nurse was very nice and explained the whole procedure , that calmed me down. There was no pain at all ! Would highly recommend to get tested here.

New set up is not reasonable. It was inside the hospital earlier & now where there is ambulance parking is..They should be taking people coming in with less or mild sysmptoms for testing purpose saparately than where they are treating existing corona patients in severe condition.Thats what i personally experienced yesterday ,luckily doctor said i have no related sysmptoms & if i need to have tested then wait was 1 to 2 hours long . I was staying in facility where severe cases were & felt very uncomfortable & spoke to doctor if im ok according to him then i could leave. He said its up to me & upon that situation of a long wait just for a test & staying within corona patients i left without taking a test.These test centers must be separate than where patients are being treated for , other people who are ok or with mild symptoms so they dont interact with the patients under treatment. It is also a measure of controling the spread. Thank you.

Didn't really see much glove changing from anyone but everyone was friendly and was in and out quickly and pretty close to my booked appointment time.

The process is very smooth. Booked an appointment online. Was contacted by a doctor in next 30 mins who assessed a test was required for my little one. In next 15 mins the hospital called me to book an appointment for the same day. Went there, parked my car near the entrance, signs were pretty clear. In and out in 10 mins. The staff were friendly and made sure my little one wasn’t terrified of the experience. In fact he got stickers. Also you get an exit pass so you don’t have to pay for the parking.

I went there last 10th of September 2020 at 8:40am. Waiting time took me 1 and half hour. But the test took me less than 5 minutes. Ohip card is required. Walk in is allowed.Parking fee is free,just ask for parking voucher from the screener. I didnt expect that it took me that long but staff/doctors are accomodating.Be patient and stay safe!

Not to long of a wait for testing, parking vouchers are given out so please make sure to park to the right when you enter and not the round about. You wait in line where the tent is outside. The staff are phenomenal, very understanding and attentive! Stay safe everyone ❤

No one in the Clinic is following the guideline that is Outline by the government. The sad part is that they're changing their clothes in the waiting room with the patient. My results came back and the result was no update. The region of Public Health could not help me. Trillium hospital could not help me either. If you need to get screen-tested. You want to book your appointment at Credit Valley Hospital drive-thru. I would avoid this location. The plus is friendly and kind.
