To Kevin, go look for non- customer facing job if you can't even offer a smile to customers. Your stoic and rude behavior doesn't justify whatever financial compensation you're getting from Loblaw. I asked you thrice to check my medical insurance, but you just dismissed it by just saying it doesn't work without even doing something.

My wife and I were thinking about buying Non-prescription drugs at the pharmacy， since it was the first time, my wife wanted to ask something, but the store manager named Kevin was indifferent, rude, and showed great impatience. It has never been this bad customer service experience, I really can't understand why the company lets such people serve customers, Kevin's performance alone makes people feel uncomfortable with the whole superstore good feeling, he did it

This is by far the worst pharmacy I ever been to. They talked to any office with an extremely condescending attitude, the arrogance towards to patients are terrible. The pharmacists thinks they know everything and tried to challenge everyone. They are so rude can’t even spell your name right after telling them more than 3times! I would give a 0 star if there’s option.

The manager, David, is the most incompetent and rudest person I have yet to meet. When I went to the pharmacy a few months ago, I witnessed him yelling at one of the assistants who was trying to help a customer. It is insane how someone could treat others in such a horrible manner. I will make sure not to come back because of David.
