My wife and I came to get two subs today on New Year’s Day and Madison helped us. She was so patient, considerate and accommodating. We eat out a lot and every establishment could use someone like her. Thanks Madison!

Requested sandwich be heated. It wasn't.Requested sub sauce and cheese, included in the sandwich. They weren't.The lettuce tasted unwashed.Very disappointed.

Awesome staff and the Subs are always made the way you want them, and the bread is always fresh.Just wanted to add that we were in again tonight at about 9:45 and the girl working at the counter was unbelievable with one of the most ignorant customers I've seen in my life, and I own a retail business. This clown from CD Roofing was in and verbally abused her from start to finish, and she smiled the entire time all the way through, if I'd been her, trust me, I would have been pretty upset, you have some amazing staff at this store, she was amazing.

I have been visiting this location from time to time for over 15 years. I'm a local truck driver. It's been great until the last three visits, over the last several months. The last three visits as mentioned when the lady asked what toppings I say lettuce tomato onion and she repeats my request so I stop paying attention to her putting it together. To my surprise, the last three times... No tomatoes. What gives?

I’m a frequent customer at this location and the customer service is always excellent. Last visit Maddy made my sub and it was perfect. She was very friendly, welcoming and is always great! Will always come back to this location.

Use to love this place ,but they took my online order an when I went to pick up they were closed..no biggieBut now it's almost a week later an they will not give me my money back, so just becarful when you online order , just a heads up , cause this is frustrating an just plan BSHave a great day ...CHEER'S

I love mr. Sub and it's my sub fast food of choice. However, the last 3 times visiting this location the meatballs in my subs have very hard and as you can see on the left, even burnt. The first time I visited it was perfect! But now everytime I go they've been burnt and tough to chew. The first time I figured it was a one time thing but now it keeps happening!

It's definitely improved from a year ago this time. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is fresh. I eat here a few times a week. Staff are very friendly. However I understand we are in a pandemic, opening the restrooms, to wash your hands or use the facilities would be a great improvement.
