went here back in 2009 with my sister and it was cool back then but looking back because it was a friday had electric circus still aired complete with the cool eurodance i would have had a blastbut because this isn't that perfect world we had a coffee at the coffee shop across the road from hereeven though we didn't attend ec going to toronto did kinda feel like going to a mini nyc

Bell’s biggest problem is the lack of trained experienced people on their switchboard. The left hand rarely knows what the right is doing. You end up so exasperated you just go somewhere else. No one needs the stress of dealing with this company.

I object to your company airing advertisements from Cash Money.In the small print it states that the interest rate on loans is 46%!!!!Surely your company does require the income from Cash Money to maintain your bottom line.These advertisements in my opinion are making a difficult situation even more daunting for people with financial problems. Cash Money is not interested in helping people resolve their problems, they are looking to make exorbitant profits from vulnerable individuals.David Budden

I will edit my review. For now just 1 star. I have the worst service possible. They charged 5 internet for my 2 stores. Overcharged. Gave my business phone number to someone else. Disconnected my internet right before black friday sales. I lost more than $10k sales.

The worst customer experience ever, even after I cancel the mobility service for 2 month, bill still coming , it waste me almost 5 calls still haven’t solve the problem. Most of their agent can not even explain their bill, every time i call I get different answer. Their service agent basically just keep transfer you and hang out the phone to deal with problem. Please keep away from bell, they always say good thing ask you to subscribe new service, but really hard for you cancel it, after I transferred to aother provider things becomes much easier.

I was harassed by one of the representatives.. the agent told me that you are fraud and he also said that you need help thats why you called us.. i am not asking for help.. i paid for the services and using bell service not bagging for help... and I should be treated and given proper information. I spend 6-7 hour with 4 to 5 different representatives from different departments.. I believe bell representatives are not fully trained and every customer care agent give me different solution or ways to solve my issue. Sorry to inform you that.. i was verbally and mentally harassed by the agents.. I did ask them to transfer my call to manager or supervisor or send me the email for information which they give.. that representative inform me that he will transfer the call to supervisor but he lied and again transfer my call to another agent.. I have all the call recording and will definitely file a complaint against the bell in tele communication also contact Narcity to post into that site so every other person knows how customers are treated with bell or how Bell help them as the customers needs helps.. it is very depressing for me and Bell shows me that the Bell thinks the customer are their property they can treat them in any way.. Thank you so much Bell... i will recommend everyone to use their services once in while to know your values in this corporate world.

I would of given them no stars if I could. I have been with bell and they have no clue what customer service is or loyalty. They flag" and profile accounts and escalate them to customer service reps that do not know the art of communication and that is to listen. One night I was passed to 6 different reps on the phone for over 2 hours over an in-store ticket price error which they did not honour. I was told that their store is a "virtual " and that prices would be honoured on the website. The last time I checked

I called to cancel my land line and the representative starting asking a number of personal questions. My reasons for cancelling the service are not important. I specifically requested cancelling the line in which the representative refused to do unless I answered his questions. I refused to answer is questions and despite asking him several times to escalate the matter to the manager, he refused. Combined, I spend over $600 with Bell on services and this is the kind of service I receive. Bell can read their logs for today at 1:00. Maybe time to move all my business to Rogers.
