I was Liam's patient for 3 years. My experience with him was decent while my pain was controlled, and all I required from him was basic maintenance (regular injections, and prescription refills). When my pain levels spiked, however, and I was in and out of the emergency room, he would often disappear for long stretches of time when he said he'd be accessible by phone or e-mail, leaving me in obscene amounts of pain.
