DO NOT TRUST ROGER. 60 day guarantee is a lie. After agreeing to refund us we returned the clearly not tested motor they took it off the truck and then refused to give us our money back Roger claimed they have another motor but the parts person said they do not have one after waiting hours for Roger to show up he walked in the office and kicked us off the property and threatened to call police for no reason we were just told wait for him so we did. They way this man then started screaming at his employees for not doing his dirty work for him is disgusting. Do not buy here you can guarantee 60 days of headache when you have to deal with the credit card company to get this transaction cancelled.

Wouldnt buy anything from these guys, they just want to steal your money. The Warranty" they say they give you is an absolute sham"

Absolutely the worse customer service experience ever. Very unprofessional, they expect you to use parts that are absolutely no good. They are definitely are a junk dealer not a used part dealer

Purchased an ECU from them. I was not sure if it would be compatible with my car. Roger was helpful in providing me with additional information. My part was well priced. They dispatched the part in quick order, and I rec'd a good part in Vancouver sooner than I anticipated.

Bought an engine, took them over a month to ship it and now that the shop has installed it we found out it has rod knock and won't refund me for a junked engine. Don't buy from this place unless you're looking for an overpriced lawn ornament.

Worst company I’ve ever delt with!! We got a motor off of them at was apparently tested and tested good. With in a week of having the motor the bottom end went in it and we made arrangements to return the motor and get a refund. The kid at the front desk and the parts guy where amazing and understanding. The owner was not. We waited 3 hours for the owner to show up so we could get the refund. When he show up they took the motor and told us to leave the premises.

Roger is the best guy you can have, very nice and receptive.I forgot my gas cap after buying gas, I browsed the price online and was getting the range of $50-70. I called Roger and I went there, he gave me what I was looking for at $5 dollars, eventually I wasn’t with cash and wanted to pay with my card, he said I shouldn’t bother and practically he gave me for free.This Man is such a nice man, a nice place, if you have any parts you want to buy, just give him a call and go there, you will get it a far cheaper price from the market price.The man is a good Man, God bless him

Bought a motor that was said to be in good running condition. They didn't ship it until over a month after it was paid for. Now the shop that's installed the motor for me says it needed camshafts. After the camshafts were replaced and motor was installed, my mechanic tells me there's a bottom end noise! So I bought a paperweight from these guys and now they tell me the 60 day warranty is up on the blown motor they sent me! Have a lawyer ready if you plan to try your luck with this place..

Basically fraud.Paid for parts, they haven’t shipped and won’t answer their phone. Now our customer is left without a vehicle and we’re out the money

Happily my experience with Black Diamond Auto Parts was very positive. Every employee I spoke to was courteous, helpful, and friendly. Roger was eager and insistent to make sure that the seat I required would be a match for my vehicle before he would remove it from the wreck and I drive out from Calgary. The price beat his competitors. The bonus to me was that because my time was flexible, he was able to arrange the seat's installation for a fair price. I left his shop-- a very happy and satisfied customer. Will definitely patronize BDA Parts in the future. Thanks fellows!
