I can see why this place gets good reviews; I needed a tire repaired and Saturday was the only day & time I could get it done. I chose Gary's for both the hours of operation and the reviews.Prices are fair, work was done quickly, and the front desk was friendly enough that I felt very comfortable giving my endorsement (for whatever that is worth), and will certainly come back if need be.Addendum: came back during the busiest repair/tire change time of the year, with a headlight that needed replacing, and they slotted me in without too much trouble.Again, I will give them more of my business without any hesitation.

Great service,they took the car in right away on a Friday. Dealer parts were very expensive gave me the option to source out my own parts. Tony was great and so is his team They seem to work well together. Before being driven into the garage plastic was placed on the seat and paper on the floor. All lights were checked, then up on the hoist. Some other garages in the Orleans area had a two week waiting period. The work was completed for what I feel was a very fair price. I am quite satisfied and will return for other service when required. I will and have already recommended this garage to other people. Wayne.

Had my oil changed and used promo coupon....service was to provide oil and filter, tire rotation,brake inspection,fluid top up for a preset amount.My wheels were never removed and none of my fluids were topped up. Was told they would not inspect my air filter due to it being in a hard to get at area and they did not have a replacement filter if needed.Was charged additional for oil filter which was to be included in promo pricing and was also charged an additional amount for labor??All in I paid $34.00 more for a simple oil change that I could have gotten anywhere else with better service and at a lesser cost.Would suggest anyone using there services to be cautious.

100% would recommend. Was back on the road again and all fixed up in less than 24 hours from when they first looked at the car. Fast and friendly service with absolutely no headaches. Extremely satisfied with the work and now my car runs like new. The mechanic was very professional and showed me exactly what needed to be done, and what could wait. They did not try an gauge at all and were extremely honest, helpful and sincere. My new place to go when I need anything done.

I used to go to another local garage, but after several frustrating and costly encounters there (change in staff and/or management), I decided to look for another, more reliable garage. My sister recommended Meineke and said she had always had positive experiences there, so I gave them a try the past few times I have needed a quote or service on a vehicle. Well, Tony and the other staff/mechanics provided excellent service from my initial call, to helping me get back home during the repair despite not having a shuttle service, to following-up a few days post-service to see if their work was to my satisfaction. Suffice it to say, there are a lot of run of the mill garages and service providers out there, but my past few experiences with Meineke have been top notch and I plan on returning to enjoy their timely, friendly and excellent auto maintenance services for the foreseeable future. They kept my car for days, did not fix the problem and ripped me off for a lot of money!. I dealt with Tony the manager. Even their other location told me these guys were butchers.I wanted to fix my strut before going on a trip and they ended keeping my car for days saying they needed to order a part or something. Missed the trip and they were unable to diagnose or fix the actual problem. Kept giving me excuses why it wasn’t ready... When i eventually got the car the issue was still there. They even test drove the thing then told me they couldn’t find anything else wrong with the car?? Spent around $1000( should not have paid) could not go on my trip, Went to two other garages just to confirm it was actually the strut which they both immediately diagnosed. I bought the part and changed it myself in 3 hours. Thanks to Tony, i do most of my own work now.*update did they just change the name of the business - is this the same Tony?

Tony and staff provided fast and efficient service. I had an unrepairable flat and needed my car back on the road fairly urgently. My specific snow tire was ordered, delivered and installed the same day in about an hour. Very pleased with this kind of service.

Took my car in for a safety check (lease buyout)I knew the breaks were gone.Called me within 15 minutes to say the front brakes had 1mm left and had to be replaced. I agreed and they said the rear had another year or two. I was very happy to agree.Pads and rotors replaced and inspection completed within 90 minutes. Price was very reasonable. The staff were great and the work was professional.Thanks. I’ll be back

Tony and his staff have always done their utmost to provide excellent service in my experience. They have been able to quickly diagnose the problem and get my vehicle in quickly for the repair that was needed. Their rates are very reasonable and they have even made a minor adjustment at no cost. It's wonderful when you can find a good garage that provides such trustworthy service!

I needed a wheel alignment and brought my car in. They took me in right away and corrected it. Later that day I thought that it was still off by just a little bit and brought it back the next day. Tony and his team corrected the issue right away and give me my car back almost like new. I truly appreciate it and they are true to their word of customer satisfaction.
