If I could give 0 stars. Please read. After the new owner came in, prices went way up. Cost me $130 to change tires. A friend of mine that owns an orange truck painted by this place, they didn't even sand the truck down and the clear coat from the original color is still there and the orange paint that RM Customs painted on is pealing off the original white paint. Stay away from this place if you value your money and your vehicle.

They are very reliable mechanics and their prices are fair!

Great guys, helped us find a reasonable priced used car. Went above and beyond to help us. Excellent customer service, highly reccomend.

DO NOT USE THESE PROPLE FOR REPAIRS. For starters they couldn’t even fix the right tire I ended up with a flat tire the very next day after specifying which tire needed repair, so another day wasted waiting for them to fix the correct tire. They also had my car at the same time to find the cause for a draw on the battery well I got way more than I bargained for they disconnected a switch that allowed my DVD player to function and shoved the wiring up in the dash when confronted they said they didn’t do it. Not only that they refused to fix what they broke. DON’T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FIXING WHAT THEY WERE TO BE REPAIRING. There are way better mechanics in the area no need for their stress.

Great people to work with. Lack of help slows down the amount they can do in a day. But the work has all ways been done,

I absolutely love RM Auto, their entire staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanics are extremely honest and will tell you what repairs can wait and what needs to be repaired right away, or if they think it is not worth repairing the vehicle which as a single parent with no mechanical knowledge is very appreciated.I have never had anything but the best experience at RM.Today I stopped in and asked for them to help me with removing a lens cover so I could replace my rear driver side brake light as the screw was so rusted it was falling apart on me. They fixed it all up free of charge as they said they know I am a local and a Mom and were happy to help.You cannot ask for more from a mechanic shop.... honesty, integrity, care and concern for their customers and appreciation for their community. I will always recommend RM auto to anyone looking for a mechanic shop.

To be absolutely honest ,I'm speechless;) I definitely left with a smile and my car in better working order than before .Genuine, affordable and honest service ,is hard to find now days ..I will definitely be back ,thank you all so much !!

My experience was the most satisfactory car repair that I have ever experienced. I will always use these wonderful people. They made time for me to return for help to solve problems as it is a 2004 car a fair age. Thank you so much Jeffery for your kind help. absolutely disgusted, price wasn't as quoted, tire pressure was grossly overinflated, wheels grossly over torqued, they installed used wheel weights, couldn't be bothered to install new valve stems. My son who came home from university to have his wheels changed out waited in excess of 3 hours with no explanation for the delay. And yes, he had an appointment. first and last time we will use this business. Hope you feel happy with taking advantage of a university student RM auto and providing shoddy work

Great people! Needed an oil change desperately and they took our car in right away. Great owners for our small town!!
