Well I'm on my third loan now with skycap and I have always had good dealings with them. But this time I'm a little disappointed because they didn't approve for the amount I had requested having been making perfect payments for 6 years. But oh well just glad they are hear to help when I need it

Quick service , but took a huge chunk of my loan for auto and home insurance that I didn't ask for and when trying to contact Noone reached out, leaving me with a bill for money that I never received! And after getting the pamphlet explaining what it covered made no sense and is absolutely no use to me. But continues to keep taking money.

The lady on the phone was so mean to me, as soon they give you the money they start treating you like crop. There was issues with my payment and didnt understand what was going on she kept giving me an attitude, she was so rude. She said when we were giving you the money there was no problem, until its the first payment. First of all that wasnt my first payment and they all went thru until now, turn out it was my bank and they gave me back the money they took for NSF, because I had money in my account and I dont need to lie. Beware of them, very rude!
