My husband and I purchased a two-acre county lot two years ago. We spent the following year visiting show homes and trade shows interviewing builders and feeling somewhat discouraged when we finally met Dustin Marsh and the Alair team at the Red Deer home show. We were instantly impressed with the way they took the time and treated us like people they wanted to get to know and understand rather than people to whom they wanted to sell something.From there we set up a meeting in our home during which Dustin explained the unique process, systems, and services provided their customers which seemed to be such a good fit for us. Since that day we’ve had several excellent meetings with Alair and, each and every time, have met with a sincere team and built upon open and trusting relationships. We feel a freedom and ease in communication that has greatly lifted the burden and stress of such a significant process.At this point we have a home plan we love and have chosen both interior and exterior finishes and are ready to build right on schedule. Alair Homes provided start to finish exceptional customer service and managed my home renovation beautifully. Theirproject management software was thorough and kept me in the loop on every element of my reno, they worked with my schedule, and did an amazing job. They were proactive and took responsibility when the odd issue came up with subcontractors, and I felt immense comfort knowing that Alair Homes were managing my reno. And they're great people; my dogs love them! :)

Nate and Derek are incredible to work with, if I had to choose 3 words to describe Alair homes it would be quality, integrity, and community. You can tell they are passionate about what they do just by talking to them, then you go into one of their homes and their faces light up when they start talking about the construction of it. Fabulous! The team at Alair executed our project flawlessly! They took the time to understand, budget and plan. Their patience and genuine care of our project was second to none. Their knowledge and willingness to provide input and go the extra mile to make the final product right was unprecedented, compared to other companies we interviewed to do our project. They were on time and surprisingly under budget with no corners cut. The transparency and honesty was a breath of fresh air, and even after the project was complete, we were surprised that they followed up to ensure we were still happy! Alair Homes finished my basement. The project manager was on site every day to oversee the work being done. He was on time ordering materials. All of the trades were on time, and very courteous and respectful. Any questions I had were answered promptly. All of the changes I wanted were done. I am very happy with my basement and will be using it alot. Thank you Alair for making this experience wonderful!

We chose to partner with Alair Homes for our basement development project after receiving quotes and information from several Central Alberta based home builders. Alair was the perfect fit for us because they were responsive, professional, flexible, and they genuinely cared about our satisfaction with the work.Their unique approach to projects includes a planning stage where the entire project is visualized before constructions begins. This allows for a cohesive final product, but more importantly, results in an extremely accurate budget that can be adjusted prior to the work beginning.Throughout our project, our project manager Aaron was responsive and attentive and it was our pleasure to work with him. Our basement is complete and we are now enjoying it every day. Looking back, we wouldn’t change anything about our space or this experience. Our experience with Alair was excellent. They understood what we wanted and helped us to work within our budget, from the up front design and scope meetings right through to the end of the project. We were able to see in real time what was being spent which helped to manage the budget. We trusted their knowledge when it came to any recommendations because they have so much hands on, trade experience. Our home was well built and done on time. The Sylvan Lake Gulls organization had the absolute pleasure of working with Alair Homes during the construction of our stadium in 2021 through to 2022. The assignment included project management and construction in a variety of capacities, including kitchen construction. Starting from the beginning of the almost one year project, Alair's professional approach was second to none. They provide a prompt, high end service that carries through from the beginning to the end of the scope of work in all areas. The project required a collection of contractors to work side by side.
