I had a situation that appeared to be serious and urgent. The reception handled the help request promptly and professionaly. The person called me back and came to the house for inspection pretty quickly. He was hepful, couteous, and pretty smart. Solved my problem.

I guess there are either 5 star or 1 star reviews for this company. I had a great experience, the windows were put in well and the trim well done considering the difficulty of a bay window. The workers were conscientious and specific in their job. Overall great work. I'm getting more windows and two doors done later this year and will update this based on that experience.

Very incompetent, unprofessional and overated sad excuse for a company. Their communication is so bad, it's almost disrespectful, at the Sales Rep level, especially. When you leave messages, by voicemail, e-mail and notes on desk, yet still don't call a call back from a Sales Rep......how's unprofessional and incompetent is that, right? Then, employees backing each others' lies, all the way to the top of the chain of command. And, potentially delaying a purchase, a delivery, or both, intentionally, as a revenge for being called on their absolute incompetence and lack of professionalism.AVOID THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!!

Just had our front and side doors replaced. The installers, Cory and Eric,were both very personable and knowledgeable. They did a very good job cleaning up once the job was finished. Thanks to both of them for a great job!

Multiple friends recommended MD&W so that's what we did.We had a lot of work to be done: 25 windows + 4 doors. I got 3 quotes and while this estimate wasn't the lowest, it wasn't the highest either. The quotes were thorough and detailed so we placed the order to get in the queue.Product was ready early and the team spent almost 2 wks. total on site. The work crews varied a bit but all of the guys were capable and friendly. They respected the disruption and cleaned up after themselves. I got lots of updates on progress and when issues came up, the team adapted. About a month after installation we found 2 windows wouldn't close properly: MD&W sent 2 guys out to confirm then dispatched a team the week after to reinstall: they now work perfectly.All the moldings were replaced and look amazing...ready for painting (so...much...painting!). And the front-, basement- mudroom-, and garden doors are all snug and perfectly hung.If I need a window or door tomorrow, I'll call MD&W again.

Absolutely horrible. We replace 5-6 glass panels every 2 years, seriously terrible workmanship. Our lifetime warranty, I am told is now only 20 years ( apparently that is a lifetime) and there now is an extra $45 charge for each window, that they have started to charge. If it is a big glass panel, it is $90. I feel that changing the warranty terms years after you have purchased is unreasonable and unfair. I would never buy windows from this company again

Great products, great customer service, impressive showroom. We just needed one window to replace quickly and the wait time is longer than we were willing to wait for but if we were building a new house or changing all the windows I think we would start there. They also have amazing doors, garage doors etc. It is amazing walking through that showroom!

Been a customer on and off for about 7 years. I really don't have a lot good to say about this company. Hard to ever get someone on the phone. Been waiting for a call back since yesterday morning. Left three messages over 5 phone calls. Orders have been wrong but corrected and then they try to bill for the wrong product that was returned, A YEAR LATER. Luckily it was all through email so I could prove the mistake. Anyway, product quality is questionable and the customer service is incredibly lacking.

Friendly staff. Beautiful showroom. Will definitely recommend to others in need of high quality doors and windows. Great group of people.
