My husband and I walked on the car loft lot and we were helped by Tristan. He not only knows the vehicles on his lot, he knows the thousands on their user friendly website. With so much selection, he helped us narrow down our selection based on are wants, needs and budget. Then Adam helped us get the car we wanted for the right price. We are so happy with our Jeep Cherokee!

Sold me a 2016 black Tiguan yesterday before the long weekend. “The engine light is just a sensor; we will replace it” he said! The engine light came on within 50km and they lied about a serious engine issue leaving us at high risk. Also failed to align the front right tire that was repaired. Driving this was not fun and now I’m stuck with the nightmare all long weekend, not a good experience. Having lied about the engine I am hoping with OMVICs help I can get out of this bad deal as soon as possible. If you want reliable; get the car checked by mechanic first before being from this dealership.

I dealt with Adam again, and once again he went above and beyond to get me the best possible deal for my Hyundai (paid off the rest of my loan owing plus some) to get me into the 2019 Subaru I wanted. The whole process was once again absolutely perfect, and went very smooth! I recently purchased my Acura from Carloft and had a great experience! Was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The car was very clean and in great condition.
