Awful. I’ve been trying to call you for a week to cancel my appointment and you haven’t picked up the phone once. I call multiple times within the day at different times not even close to lunch and you haven’t picked up ONCE. Don’t expect me to show up to my appointment tomorrow. I’ve left you plenty of messages.

I had an appointment at the healthy heart institute this morning. I am very impressed with all of the staff that was involved with my test. We are so very fortunate that we have such an amazing clinic here in central Alberta. I am a very nervous and anxious person but calmed right down after I chatted with the nurse who started my IV. Thank you to all.

The doctor ( Dr. Nogareda) is a true considerate professional. The ladies working here are excellent at their positions.My complaint is administration, when booking someone in for an appointment please honor the time. Also spend a few dollars and put up new signs in the parking lot so people can find a spot! Other than that, Red Deer is Blessed to have this Institute!.

Negative stars if I could. The practioner who placed the heart holter did not mention steps to place electrodes. Abrasive pad (aka sandpaper) was used.If you have sensory issues/neurodivergency, this sort of experience is extremely distressing. Providing information and a warning that the patients skin is going to be abraded is necessary and just common courtesy.
