Campground has great amenities (pool and jakuzzi, LP gas refill) sites are small with very little privacy. The location with great accessibility to the Stanley park is the biggest highlight.

During my recent trip to Vancouver, I had the pleasure of staying at an RV site near the city. The location was conveniently close to Vancouver, allowing for easy access to its captivating attractions. The site provided all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay, ensuring a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Whether you're exploring Vancouver's beauty or seeking a convenient base for your adventures, this RV site is definitely worth considering.

I don't want to leave a bad review, just help people know what to expect. This RV park is right smack in downtown Vancouver between the Capilano River and the freeway. It is not picturesque and there is a notable paucity of wildlife. The spots are narrow, but flat and level as advertised. It is within easy walking distance of a cinema and other downtown attractions, and if you are working nearby for a while it would be a perfect spot for your trailer. If you're looking for nature, this isn't it. Friendly, polite staff, and our hookups were totally reliable (Wi-Fi was not the best, but that's not unusual). Ingress is a tricky 180-degree turn from a narrow bridge.

My first time ever staying at an RV park as I'm taking a course here in Vancouver. I'm used to camping out in the bush so this is a totally new experience. That being said, I knew what to expect. The layout of the RV park is what you'd expect, being packed tightly next to your neighbors. Everybody either keeps to themselves or is friendly, so no complaints about neighbors.I'm a few nights in and haven't had anything to complain about, really. The staff are all friendly and the general maintenance of the place seems pretty good. The tile showers are a nice addition, and the pool and hot tub are great to have as well. Also, you can't go wrong with the ice machine. The location is top notch. Under an hour drive to Squamish, and under an hour transit to most places in the Vancouver area. Also right next to the Spirit trail if you prefer to get around by bicycle. Want to circle Stanley Park on the Sea Wall? It'll take ten minutes to get there.Given that you have a decent way to camp, this is by far the cheapest option in terms of accommodations in North Vancouver, next to urban camping which can get tiresome in a busy area. If I need to be back in this city for an extended period of time in the future, I'll be staying here again.

Nice campground to stay and leave your camper while on a cruise for Alaska. Nice area to walk around and bike visiting.

Staff were not friendly or very helpful. Showers were average and toilets were not very clean. No cooking facilities, overall campground is looking a bit tired.Very close to highway, so a bit of road noise. The laundry was nice and new.If you are here for a couple of days, it is ok. I wouldn’t stay any longer.

We stay here with our motorhome when we want to visit family in Vancouver. It's a great location for getting around. It's not noisey as you might expect being near the bridge. It's pretty well kept, has good security and some services like propane filling. Plus kids play area, swimming pool, games room, showers and probably more

We're 43' motorhome. Only six sites with 50 amp. Read their directions on how to get there. Lower Capilano is a bad, rough road, but it's the only way to get there for a big rig. No issue backing in or pulling out of long 50 amp site but VERY close together with slide outs. Apparently, there is no security or camp host to patrol as a tent camper across from us played music until 11:30 pm.

I have a lot of issues with the presentation of this Campground online. The graphic depiction of the Campground on certain sites makes it seem like you have water front sites. In reality, you dont. You cant see any of the Capilano River from the oeiginal site I booked. There are a lot of live in" sites with permanent or semi-permanent residents. The sites are a minimum size. Facilities are well worn. I wouldn't stay again."
