Lou-Anne was very knowledgeable which made deciding where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do while there easy and stress free. She took care of all the bookings I required, sent me an itinerary and made sure I was aware of things a first timer may not know, all for the same price (but much less stress) than if I did it myself.
