Highly professional and accommodating, friendly staff that go out of their way to help their patients. The staff come from healthcare backgrounds so they are knowledgeable and best fitted to perform a holistic approach when giving care. State of the art design and layout, the owners really put a lot of thought into their clinic. I'd highly recommend PureFlow.

Took in the machine for service, I got from them, when I got it home it was making horrible noises. Took it back and they said that it would be under warranty. Great, but wait, now they want a $150 a month to rent theirs until the replacement shows up months from now. Yet they have machines to sell still.

Please review your pricing. Charging an extra $600- 700 for “CPAP Machine Therapy Compliance Package” seems to be a fancy term for price gouging. I hope you do not make it a practice to take advantage of people with needs.

In the past I felt that the hospitals and privat companies I went to just wanted to sell product to bolster their bottom line. They would spend more time in adjusting the straps of rhe head gear only for me to readjust them once I got home. At PureFlow the experience is completely different. From my first visit I experienced professionalism and a feeling of care. Care in terms of equipment actually fitting properly and all paperwork filled out for me. I wholeheartedly would recommend PureFlow and especially Ginel. Thank you PureFlow for making my experience exceptional.

Great staff! Very helpful. I’m a newbie to the CPAP world. They were very accommodating and super nice! Juli was great as she walked me through my machine. Would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for a CPAP.
