The owners didn’t know that for DHL express international shipping you don’t need commercial invoice. He waisted my time, as I tried to contact the company to get the invoice. The owner was rude and unprofessional. He wouldn’t take the package when it was perfectly ready for shipping and he just didn’t know his job. I scheduled a DHL pick up and the pick up person said you don’t need the commercial invoice and took the package no problem. What a waste of time and what an unprofessional service. Shame.
