Ever since Vic retired and the company transferred to a new owner, my taxes have been problematic. Each year there are technical errors that should never happen. In the past 4 years, the company did the corrections right away over the phone to fix their mistakes and refile. This year they would not fix the mistakes over the phone and I had to make an appointment. I was booked with Keith. Keith never showed up. I had to walk their admin through the mistakes to get them fixed. Very unprofessional. This company is not reliable and I would recommend going to another accounting firm to manage your taxes and small business needs.

Be warned, my mom paid to get her Income tax done 3 months ago and the receptionist always says they will contact you but never do.Contacted them many times, and always the same message. Finally they answered and said they did it a few days ago. So if this is the costumer service you want from this place, keep going. I'm not sure if they are busy or incompetent but i would suggest you take your tax somewhere else.

Receptionist is NOT knowledgeable at all and unprofessional. Dropped off a simple tax return March 9 and called a few times and was told one time that it is a busy time so it shouldn’t be much longer. Phoned another time and said will look into it and then finally on April 5th said it was ready. Went to pick up my paperwork and once I returned home I saw that there was no paperwork stating whether I owe or get a refund. Went back that same night and demanded I speak to someone other than the unqualified receptionist and sat in an office for 10 min while they actually did the tax return. NEVER GOJNG THERE AGAIN! No apology given. Unbelievable

My wife and I have have had our income tax returns done here for several years, and we’re both very happy with their service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.They always clearly explain the process and answer our questions in ways we understand.They’re also open late in the evening during non-tax season for anyone who needs an accountant after regular working hours All year round.Most importantly, the returns have been accurate. No mistakes in all the years they’ve been doing our returns for us.I gave then a 4 out of 5 only because I’ve always had to leave a voice message when I call them to make an appointment and sometimes it takes a day or two for them to return my call. It could be a put-off or frustrating for people who don’t like leaving messages, or who want to secure an appointment right away. However, I’ve always found that it’s worth the wait.

Unfortunately it was myself who recommended my mom go here to get her taxes looked at.They initially gave her a quote of over $10k owing to the government, the next time it was $6k, the third time it was $2k. They still made her pay $120 for doing her taxes incorrectly three times, and she still has to get them done elsewhere. This business used to be reliable. it no longer is, and I would not suggest anyone use their services.A suggestion for the business: If you are going to offer a service, at least make some attempt to employ people who know how to perform that service.

**ORIGINALLY POSTED MARCH 2017. POST WAS REMOVED BY BUSINESS - POTENTIAL CLIENTS NEED TO BE ABLE TO READ REAL REVIEWS.**These people are absolute fools. Do not waste your time getting even the simplist tax returns done at Vic's Accounting/All Year Accounting. Not only did they make keying errors during our returns that would have cost me CRA penalties (luckily I caught the mistakes as the accountant was entering them!) but they forgot to e-file my taxes. Yes, forgot. And I only learned that they forgot from CRA when I called to enquire about my refund. Now our refund is dalayed. And when I called Vic's office to find out how this would be fixed, they couldn't have been less interested in helping me. I was told someone would try to get back to me

My wife and I get our yearly taxes calculated and e-filed here. Keith is very knowledgeable and explains things in such a way that you don't have to be an accountant to understand. His calculations have always been accurate. He is an accountant to whom we refer our friends.

Great service and very knowledgeable. They always do there best. During the tax season it's incredibly busy its hard to please everyone all of the time but I can assure you all the tax preparers do the customers taxes to the best of their ability. They are experieced beyond their years. As for the receptionist, they can only do and know so much. They are there to answer the phone and schedule appointments not to give out tax information. Most are not qualifird and are told not to. Does anyone happen to know if they have an email address?

I have been seeing Keith at Vic's Accounting for years. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and I always return to see this establishment for the friendly and helpful staff and a job well done. Peace of mind having my taxes done here!

Not very professional, VERY poor customer service, very difficult to deal with. Accountant made a lot of mistakes even after meeting in person and explaining everything, my tax return was not difficult. Would not return any emails or phone calls. I had to physically drive down there and demand to see the accountant again as he was busy" all the time. I will never go back to them and I would not recommend to anyone."
