My husband & myself highly recommend this company. The folks @ H&H went above & beyond for us...Dan, Mike, Robert, all the crew who worked on our 2 additions and Deb in the office, displayed immense patience and very kind understanding of our situation and still worked with us anyway. God bless them and we are SO grateful to you all for sticking with us and helping us to start our new life with these lovely, quality, new rooms. We are really looking forward to enjoying our 2 new additions for many years to come so thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I bought a truck send h&h roof they told me for 2 weeks they would come out to my park and install it then bailed on me after waiting for longer then a week for someone to call me then said management does not wanna do it . If they would have honoured my quote I would have boughten from them instead of used

We would highly recommend this company,Dan & his crew were amazing!!They built both our deck and sunroom off the back of our home.First class service, Dan returned all our calls with in 1 day, and answered all our questions.We had a very small issue, that was addressed immediately by the crew after only one phone call.Thanks guys.June & Lil, Oshawa.

We would recommend H & H to anyone looking for a professional looking awning and installed to perfection. Mike and Bryan were very helpful and professional to help make the quoting and install a stress free experience. Mike came from Orangeville to Brantford on several occasions to answer questions that we thought of after the previous visit. We had our awning installed in March and are so happy with it , that we decided to extend the awning over our hot tub area.Looking forward to the project being completed in August.Thank you Mike and BryanHarry and Debbie

I bought my trailer last June and the previous owners had H & H install the Florida room and deck onto the trailer back in 2012 I believe.I noticed a big leak in the Florida room plus a few spots on the deck.I called H & H to see if they would repair it (that was last September 2021)They said they would call me back.They never did and it was almost time to close it up for the season.I then called today April 27, spoke to some salesman named Chris and his story changed.At first he said they might be able to get someone out to look at it in June and I think he could hear the frustration in my voice because then he said they were fully booked until next September.I said what kind of a company doesn’t back their work up?I told him that’s very bad customer service.He just apologized and that was the end of the conversation. I am extremely disappointed in this company. If you plan on using them you better think twice because they will not back up their work if it’s out of warranty.They’ve left me scrambling trying to find someone to repair it now.It’s not like I wasn’t going to pay them, I believe they just thought it’s not worth their while to do a repair when they can make thousands adding on Florida rooms and decks.

Be prepared to pay upwards of 30% over the initial estimate. They will use some loosly worded portion of an email they sent to justify the incompetence of the office staff who put together the original quote to secure your deposit. Even tho they are the exclusive builder for patio coverings in our park, they claim the staff that does the quotes don't know all the rules and apparently forget you need building permits.Now because the new quote is over $2200 more than the original one we have to sacrifice what we originally wanted so that we would be able to add to it in the future.Very disappointed with the transaction as a whole.

Unresponsive and will not take ownership of problems. Our H&H Roof collapsed and they blamed the trailer manufacturer. Then we asked them to strip and reseal the roof after it was repaired at a cost of over $800. It still leaks. Won't return calls or emails!

This company is First Class !!!!Everything they did was perfect and professional.It’s nice to see a company like this . Rob and his crew worked non stop from start till finish . We can’t express enough how happy we are with our Room and Roof .. Cheers to H & H a great Canadian Company !!!!! Carl & Sue McKay

Went in to get an estimate for an enclosure, they said someone would call, finally, after a month someone called. They made an appointment to come by, the person who came was not the salesman, they said he had another engagement. The workman measured for the enclosure, and until now, we still have not received the estimate. Very pooooor service. No customer service at all.

Our screen room and enclosure is still like new and it is over 10 years old. We did a lot of research on the add .a rooms. H&H can hold the weight of our winter snow. I highly recommend H&H rooms.
